B. T. I., natasic2466, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!!

Girls, you will forgive me for being boring, but I am again with questions .... For more than a month now I have been choosing a mini-oven, I have no strength, but I have to buy it next week .... I have read almost the entire topic, it’s a mess in my head. ...
Maybe someone from the owners of the Delta D-0423K can take a picture of the pens (the temperature knob is of interest, what's with the graduations, and the mode knob), otherwise all the photos on the Internet are small and can't be seen ...
And I was already worn out, but it is very important for me to bake cookies on two baking sheets at the same time ... How convenient is it in Delta? If you use one native baking sheet, and put the second on the wire rack?
In terms of temperature spread, I am more inclined towards Delta (there are a couple of recipes at 280 degrees), but ROLSEN KW-3526 seems to be more powerful ... How do they keep the temperature and is there a strong spread from the set?
And bake in the sleeve in which one is more convenient ???
HELP TO CHOOSE FROM THESE TWO !!!

Natalia, in any oven you will still perform "dancing with tambourines" by changing baking sheets for even browning. I have 2 baking trays in the Delta set, in my opinion, they all have it.

Element, in Redbers you have to turn the baking sheet over for even browning, at the back wall it browns more. I measured the temperature, overheats by about 20 degrees (measured by Teskomovsky for the oven). I didn't bake it in my sleeve, I bake bread in it.
Element
Thank you all very much !!!
B. T. I., I am still inclined to Delta, therefore, let me introduce you to some more insects .... Delta 423K should have convection. So my question is - what modes are there? Top, them, both at once, and all the same with convection? Unfortunately, it is not visible in the photo ... Or is convection not turned off there and all modes are only with it?
Omela, you also have a Delta? And in height, an Easter cake in a not very high (10-15 cm) shape will fit into it ??? And will it be possible to bake your rye bread, which is on beer, in Delta? (I found a recipe, as I understand it, HP is not needed for it, it caught fire ...)
Omela
Natalia, I have a Delta at my dacha for 33 liters. Here are the dimensions I wrote: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=9411.0... In tall forms, type L7, the bread is sealed to the top ten. So, it will be problematic with Easter cake, in this oven size. And with rolls, hearth bread and in low forms, there are no problems. You can look at my profile. All summer bread since 2011 has been baked in it.
Element
Eeeee, Omelochka, and L7 is how much in height? I have a mold for an ordinary gas oven in the stove, and there is no HP, therefore, for me, the designation of forms is a wild forest ... Forgive me, illiterate ...
Was Lithuanian rye bread also baked in it?

You mean this ?? https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=107242.0

There is generally an aluminum mold.

And my round one for cakes fits in there, but if the bread rises above the edges of the mold, then it is sealed to the ten. I bake this bread in it: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=103534.0

Mistletoe, Thank you very much! I understood everything about the forms)))) And how do you bake with steam in the Delta? Are you just sprinkling the heating elements with a spray bottle? Or how???
Element
Girls, THANKS everyone !!!
I made my difficult choice. I ordered Redber 4290 today. Separate THANKS to Omelochka, I did not look at Redber, because on the site the depth is 42 cm, but it is critical for me that it is not deeper than 40 cm. And once again rereading the topic, I came across the size of this stove at Mistletoe. And I was very happy!)))) True, my husband said that if I sit at the computer for at least one more day in the process of choosing, he will go to the store and buy whatever comes to hand ... I choose September. At first I wanted Delongy for 32 liters, but they are not and will not be on sale ... and then the torment began .... And what a blessing that I came across YOUR forum !!!! THANK YOU, girls, for writing about the advantages and disadvantages, and describe your technique in great detail! On Wednesday my Redber should be brought to me, I undertake to report with pictures of pastries!
And, this ..., in the message where Mistletoe describes her stove, there all the pictures disappeared .......

The picture is my copy! There was only one glass - on the door, the door is fixed only when fully opened (as in this picture). Realistically, power consumption IN! You opened my eyes straight! I hold in my hands a colored sticker "Energy efficiency class" (as on refrigerators and washing machines), on it too IN indicated. Energy consumption for conventional heating 0.79 kW. And on the "priest" of the oven I read: Power 1650 W. I don't understand anything like 1.65 or 0.79? We'll have to do something that no one else has done: read the instructions!
There is not a word about power, it looks like the Turkish oven has one piece of paper for all models, because something is written about pancakes-heaters and pans ... But there is a plate:

Cake175-200C20-25 minutes
Cake175-200C20-25 minutes
A hen240C30-45 minutes
Beef250-270C50-60 minutes
Pie200-220C30-40 minutes

I put 3 tins of 6 muffins in a cold oven on a wire rack (the size of the finished muffin is larger than an egg, but smaller than a regular apple), I set the knob to 150C and the Timer for 13-14 minutes. Baking!

PySy It seems that class B because of the fig (or rather, due to the lack of) thermal insulation of the case and single glass - the heat goes away. But it maintains the temperature perfectly! I checked the thermometer - no more than 3 degrees of deviation from the value at which the heating turned off.
Good afternoon, I have one question: is the oven still working?
My mother-in-law's old oven burned out and I can't choose when choosing, everything seems so flimsy after her old one)))
Jackdaw18
Girls, share your experience, how do you take care of mini-stoves?
I gave my brand new mini-oven Rolsen 3526 a sweater to the dacha, yesterday they brought it to me, and now I think what to do with it?
They used it mainly for grilling, all the walls, bottom, top, are dirty, very much, such a layer of burnt fat that you can only cut it off with a knife, or tear it off with a metal brush, and there it seems that some layer on the metal cannot be broken.
Svatya said that after the first grilled chicken she could not wipe off the fat from the oven, and she was afraid to wash it, after all, electricity.
These are the things, what to do now?

While alive and well, connected through a voltage regulator (I've had enough of the burned equipment), it works once a week. Yes, it looks flimsy, there were ovens and better, but what got, then got the price very satisfied and the baking is still at a height:

The only thing is that in the latest stoves sold, convection is not turned off with a button (changed the model), so take care of biscuits!
DUTS Do not place anything above the oven below 10 cm! My shelf heats up strongly, it is better to make 15 cm or even more.

Omela, thanks.
I'm afraid of Shumanit, my neighbor's skin peeled off after him, I cleaned the stove without gloves, without reading the instructions.
I didn't find Amway, I'll go to Auchan on Sunday.

I do not clean after every use. But I don't use a grill either.
Jackdaw18
Omela, thanks, I will search the Internet for Amway.
I will ask the girls on the website a question about how they clean the stove after using the grill.
Jackdaw18

Girls, please share your experience, who cleans the stove after each use of the grill?
Just a special cloth, a sponge dipped in some kind of solution?

Girls, please share your experience
I washed mine a couple of times with a steam cleaner, after fried potatoes and cheese in it, it began to shoot and everything inside spattered. I cook chicken and other fatty foods in a cheap airfryer, it is easier to wash it. I remove its grate and soak it overnight in a solution of soda or laundry soap (in one word - alkali), then rub it with a sponge. She doesn't take anything from my mother’s old oven.

Girls! Tell me please! Are the roaster and the tabletop oven the same?
I also have a Soviet unit called a roster. But they never used it. It is written that you can fry sandwiches, shish kebab and that it should work no more than 30 minutes. I wonder if it is possible to bake something on it (the instructions do not say anything about baking).
Jackdaw18

Oca, thanks for the answer.
Unfortunately, there is no steam cleaner, but a solution of soda or laundry soap should be tried.

The roaster is a mini oven. I had one (and is now working), and now another model of the Panasonic mini-oven. It is very small, it seems about 8 liters. Very handy when cooking small amounts. I do everything from scrambled eggs to cutlets. Well, this is a plus for sausages in dough, frying croutons, etc. We make buns and mini-pizza from baked goods, but again in small volumes.
A big plus is a very fast heating and saving of electricity for cooking small volumes. The timer is designed for 15 minutes, but I drive it for an hour, and nothing. There are halogen heaters - what will they have if they even run for hours? They work on an on-off basis to maintain the set T.

Thanks for the answer!

Hello. I read about the fact that a mini-stove, in principle, is not convenient for heating. but what about a roster like Panasonic? 🔗
I need a stove to heat food in plates, I don’t want to use a microwave oven, and it’s not always convenient in saucepans.
Element
Well, I am reporting. They brought me Redber 4290 last Thursday. I soaped it, warmed it up for about 40 minutes, the smell was, but not fatal. And then she baked cheese cookies (recipe from this site). I'm happy with the result. The temperature is kept as indicated. With installed 230 with convection, it steadily showed 250. On small divisions, today I was proving the batboots - it keeps about 35 degrees. So - THANKS FOR HELP !!!! I really want to buy another lattice, but it's not clear where ... They are not in service centers ...And here is my pastry (don't judge strictly for the quality of the photo, I'm a fig photographer ...)

I think that in such a small one you can warm food quite quickly if there are halogen lamps. I saw some tiny Smile TKO 2401 and the price was ridiculous - 600 rubles, I just combed my hands to buy, I could hardly restrain myself. A little higher there is a review about Panasonic from Igorochka, he is satisfied.

Good day! I'm a beginner ... I mastered the whole Temka! But now I cannot make up my mind on the final choice, there are some questions left .. in terms of parameters, Redber EO-4290, Rolsen KW-3026 are suitable. and so on questions .... does convection still turn off in the Redber EO-4290? and if not, does it greatly interfere with baking? and in Rolsen KW-3026 is the minimum temp. starts at 100 degrees? and yet which stove is better ... sorry, I remember that somewhere it was already in the subject, but in my head there was already "porridge" and the second round of Temka was no longer strong enough: oops: Thanks to everyone who will respond!

Good day
An additional grill is a very useful and, for many owners of desktop ovens, a desirable thing (you can bake on two levels at the same time or install a baking stone on it). I managed to get one and the search was not easy.
Maybe someone will come in handy: Evronov's online store, link 🔗.
The convenience of this lattice is that it is quite versatile - with the same depth, it expands to the desired width and is fixed with screws. The quality of the metal is excellent. Recommend.
The store is Ukrainian, but since the product is European, I think there is a similar store in Russia.
If you are interested in the minimum size, ask, I will be glad to help.
I have a 28 l DEX mini oven - the grate is installed back to back.
Element
smart81, Hello! As I understand you! I report that convection is turned on by default in the redber, the only mode without convection is the lower heating element separately. All the rest - with a breeze. I use the mode of the lower heating element without convection for proving the dough at a low temperature (you can set 35-40 degrees, only this must be measured with a thermometer, the numbers go from 100 to 100 - dashes). I also chose between Delta and Rollsen, and in the end I bought a Redber 4290 - and I have no regrets! All my bakeware comes in quietly, no problem. I bought extra baking trays to change them on the wire rack, and now I'm completely happy! The stove is large, you can bake both a goose and a turkey. And a cauldron for 3 liters with bread also fits easily. I have not tried other stoves, but after the gas stove I am happy as an elephant, the temperature keeps, everything is easily regulated, there is a function of "uninterrupted operation" - this is when I bake cookies on several baking sheets, so I put another timer, tabletop, but the stove does not turn off and the temperature keeps. So I recommend it! If you have any questions - write, ask! The size of the stove from the wall to the widest place (its glass is not straight, but curved) is 38 cm and plus a handle. Yes, the handle hardly heats up when baking! And the set includes very convenient handles for pulling out the baking sheet and wire rack (they also came up to my new baking sheets). And I also really like in Redber that the door opens to the side!

Girls, congratulate me!
I made myself a New Year's present - a tabletop electric oven Dex - 420.
I already have one Deksyusha - a multi-cooker Dex -60, I am very happy, I decided to order an oven for myself. But I had this thought even half a year ago, and I am very glad that I waited for the fresh Dex model, because it is larger than all its previous models, and with 2 baking trays, so that it becomes the main selection criterion for me. Well, I like everything else, there is convection and defrosting.
In general, tomorrow or the day after tomorrow I will receive it and unsubscribe.
Element
CurlySue, Congratulations!!!!
Natalishka
Element, but tell me in Redber 4290 you can reheat food (well, like in a micra). And yet, have you considered the 5290 as an option? Just for delivery to our city, the Redber 5290 model is the most affordable.
Element
Natalya, warming up in Redber, I'm afraid it will be inconvenient. Nothing beats a microwave here. And I did not consider 5290, because it is larger in size, and I have a kitchen of 5 sq. m and every centimeter counts.
CurlySue
I carry my first report on the Dex 420 stove.

The first dish in it is "tender" pies:
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=99.0

My pies:
Tabletop ovens, stoves ...

and the oven itself:

Tabletop ovens, stoves ...

Overall, I am very happy.
I bought it 3 days ago. I liked the Dex 420 electric stove very much, I am glad that I chose it. Roomy. Beautiful. It looks strict and stylish. Do not compare with "buckets" of 300-500 UAH, which look like children's toy tiles. Volumetric. You can freely bake on 2 levels at the same time. There are 2 baking trays in the set - and this was one of the most important selection criteria for me, because I often bake, and while 1 portion of pies is suitable and baked - you are already putting the second portion for proofing. In addition, you can cook 2 different dishes in parallel.
Pros: Bulky. Beautiful. Stylish. Includes 2 baking trays and a wire rack, as well as handles for easy and safe removal of baking trays from the hot oven.
Cons: Convection is weak, when compared with stationary electric stoves with convection - open the door - from there a powerful stream of warm air. There is also a tiny fan, it seems that she is here just for show or beauty.
I just compare it with my former Indesit stove, which, alas, I had to leave on the sold apartment a year ago - buyers asked to sell so that they would not be fooled and ordered ...
It is clear that one should not expect a super-powerful air flow from a compact oven. But even a tiny fan, barely spinning, in my opinion, in Dex does not do any weather at all.
Doroteika
I finally bought a Redber 5290. I read and read and decided to take the biggest one so that the goose could fit. It bakes excellently, although there is nothing to compare with. There was only a gas oven and an airfryer. Therefore, of all this, the redber is the best. Convection does not bother me at all. Heats up quickly and cools down quickly too. But since it all heats up, then you need to put it somewhere in a specialized place so that nothing nearby will not be damaged by temperature. So far, I don't feel anything but delight from her. Therefore, if you need a large oven, then only a redber.
CurlySue
Doroteika, your Redber and my Dex are very similar in design and color. Only yours is another 10 liters more.
I took the oven, and I knew that it was not a small one ... and certainly yours is a tank.
And I look at us on the websites of the Internet shops of your Redber not.
So Russians - take Redber, Ukrainians - Dex.

Lena, why is your 42-liter "bucket" for 800 UAH better than the one that costs 300-500 UAH? I have a wimar desktop oven (for 550 UAH) for 28 liters and it suits me perfectly.
Natalishka
Well, I also became the happy owner of the Redber 4290 mini-oven. I have already baked cabbage pies from Chuchelka in it. The stove in this stove is just a song. And especially after the gas oven. Thanks to everyone who participates in this thread. If not for you, it would be difficult to make a choice. Yes, but will anyone tell me, but the backlight is always on when turned on, or can you somehow turn it off sometimes?
Omela
Natalia, with new clothes you! The backlight does not turn off.
Natalishka
Thank you for your help and tips. And let the backlight shine and please. I just thought that in the gas oven it turns on and off, as it should be here.

Girls, Happy New!

So I'm going to join you. My oven is "covered" in a stationary stove, that is, its handle. So far we have decided to buy a separate electric oven. I rushed in search of information, interested in two manufacturers - Saturn and Dex.Regarding Saturn, a lot of reviews about the flying glass of the door and the fact that this case did not fall under the guarantee were alarmed. I saw the dex, read yours, CurlySue , review. So far, I stopped at this model. But one question arose - Saturns have a declared maximum temperature of up to 320 ° С, and in dex only 230 ° С. The question is: is these 230 enough for our kitchen entertainment?
love-apple
Rina I have Saturn for three years and my mother has not yet scattered anything. It bakes very well, I completely forgot about the gas one.
