So the timer sometimes behaves this way (only twice for the entire time) Basically, there are no complaints. The food is amazing. I am happy with the stove. I started cooking late on Friday evening and off it went, I can’t stop at all ... I’ll look at the timer: secret: but eight will cost ...
Aygul
Girls, and who places the tabletop ovens in small kitchens? and even want to, and nowhere to put ... how to come up with everything ???
SvetlanaV
I have a wide-eyed window sill, I put it there and I wouldn't find a place
Aygul
and my window sill is narrow

I’m thinking ... the stove should be removed .... put a drawer (set, suitable), an oven on it, then maybe gas, a couple of burners, eh? and it seems like it will take the same place, and the improvements are again technical
SvetlanaV
Read this forum in it, one of our colleagues came up with a good option ... made a shelf and put a stove on it ... and was very pleased
Omela
Svetlana, congratulations on your assistant! With the timer, it sometimes (rarely) happens that it stops between 10 and 0. For all the time, I had 5 times.
SvetlanaV
Omela good afternoon! So it's not all that bad ?! And I already sent a letter to the service center: drinks_milk: Hurray! I will continue to cook all sorts of sweets ..
Omela
Just see how often this happens. If every time, then of course a marriage. And if episodically, then it's not scary. If you have read the topic, then the girls and I have already discussed this issue.
SvetlanaV
no, thank God a couple of times all the time ...

I have a kitchen of 5 sq. m. I threw out the stove, instead of it, or rather - in the corner - a full-fledged cooking stove, for 4 burners, and I will hang my oven on brackets with a shelf above the worktop 40 cm wide. While repairs, but soon it should (in a couple of weeks) end, and then I can show the pictures.

I also have an oven on brackets with a shelf, at a convenient level for me. Very comfortably. We installed them for the microwave, but we long ago abandoned it and put my stove in its place.
Rina
In-in ... I also put on the brackets from the micra. And I will not return the micra to the house (I hope). And from the stove in a quiet out. It turns out that what I thought was normal baking was just masochism. Yesterday the buns were baked according to GOST - soft, well-baked, with a brown crust! And in the gas room they dried up godlessly, were often pale ...

Eclairs are next.

I also really like baking from the mini-oven, there were never any punctures, baking is a miracle. I don't even use convection, it seems to me worse with it, it also dries a little, but it cooks faster. But for me, the top + bottom mode is better. For the second year now I have been admiring my stove. And for the same time we do not remember the micro.
SvetlanaV
: girl_wink: Good morning everyone! I continue the story about my assistant. I don't see any more failures. But every time: swoon: when the timer approaches 10 I freeze ... Yesterday I baked until 02:30 at night ...Tabletop ovens, stoves ... : girl_haha: this is what's left of the pizza .....Tabletop ovens, stoves ... charlotte ...
Busyavka
Girls, they brought me mine, now mine, REDBER 5290. Joy girl_love: there is no limit. Can you please tell me if you can bake in it in silicone? forms

I carry my first report on the Dex 420 stove.
CurlySue, Curly, save! I am almost satisfied with the stove, but serious doubts about the temperature. I try to set it to 60 degrees - the arrow on the thermometer does not even move. At a hundred degrees on the handle, the thermometer shows barely 50 inside the stove. And how are you?
Omela
Tatyana, congratulations on your assistant!

Sure you may. Only look at the manufacturer's recommended usage temperatures. As a rule, no more than 220C.
Busyavka
Thank you all for your answers. Today I will try, although a little scary ...
Vita_K
Good evening everyone
Alexandra, I have Steba's stove. I bought it in September last year after a long agony of choice. Initially, Delongy wanted for 32L, but, alas, they are not on sale for a long time. I do not regret the purchase, although there are nuances
If you have any questions, I will be glad to share my experience.
Girls, thank you very much for the active discussion - it helps a lot to make the right choice
tata-nata
Hello everyone . I really want to join your ranks, but so far I can’t choose a stove for myself. Help me please.
The family is large, the fourth child will be born soon. And everyone, especially my husband, loves pies! Therefore, the volume is needed 20-35 liters. There is no place to put a very large one. And I really want a shape of 30 in diameter to fit.
There is an opportunity to buy a used Bork w500 from friends, but it is too gluttonous 2400W. The house is old and will not last much. Calculating up to 1500W. And I really want convection, but with the ability to turn off. Today I saw in the Ves SK-A20 online store. But it is not only made to order, you cannot feel it. The inner size is not known, will a 30-diameter mold fit? Can convection be turned off? Maybe someone knows?
And I would also like to regulate the temperature from at least 60 * C. I would like to dry crackers and love meringues
I would be very grateful for any help
Element
tata-nata, Greetings. At such a large family, I would look at the volume of the stove from 30 liters - because as they write the total volume, and the useful one (minus the space for the heating elements in height) is much less. I want to say that the 42L Redber consumes 1800 watts. For a month of use - almost every day - it took me 250 kW of electricity (however, all lamps in the apartment are energy-saving and no more powerful than 25 W). And then the heater in the room worked for a week - and immediately "gobbled up" 150 kW ... My house is also old - the end of the 60s, and there are no problems yet. Laundry, hair dryer, iron - I have more powerful. The 30 cm form will enter the Redber quietly, and convection does not turn off, without convection there is only one mode - the bottom. The temperature is regulated from 0 (more precisely - from room temperature). The most difficult problem is the problem of choice)))))
tata-nata
Natalia, thank you for responding. And then there is silence in Temka.
Electricity bills don't scare me anymore. Less than 3 tons. a month we do not come out. Also, energy-saving light bulbs are everywhere. But TV, computer and charging phones, not counting everyday life. technicians consume a lot. I am more worried that the power will not be enough. The house has 3.6 kW. If the stove takes half, then even the washing machine is not turned on. And I wash it 2 times a day. We must then bake at night. It is imperative that at least a couple of kilowatts remain
Element
tata-nata, it is better to wash at night - put a delayed start))) Then it will be possible to use the stove during the day, and have time to spin one more wash ...)))) I do not turn on the washer and the stove at the same time, I am afraid that the wiring will not withstand.
tata-nata
I don't want to risk it. Suddenly the children turn on the kettle + microwave, and here I am with the stove. Better to bake a smaller amount at a time.
Raven
Vita_K, it was Alexandra who asked me about the Shtebu stove, it’s very interesting about her, and if you have not only her, about others too. I haven’t seen her in St. Petersburg now, she is more expensive than Redber, but whether it’s better - I don’t know. It's just that my cartoon Shteba inspired me with respect for this company (so far, ugh 3 times) ...
Natalishka
tata-nata, I agree with the Element. I have the same oven as hers. She is good for 3-4 people on average. Us 3. That's it. These pies in the photo seem huge, in fact they are small and neat. Useful area 35 x 25 cm. The volume of this oven is 42L.Do you want 30 liters for six people? I advise you to think carefully. Especially since you love baking
tata-nata
Natalishka, thanks for the kind advice, but the voltage issue has already been resolved, so we don't take a large volume
Element
tata-nata, you decide. But the difference between a 20 liter VES and a 42 liter Redber is only 300 watts. If you only plan to make cookies-pies in it, then no problem, but if you decide to bake meat and chicken in your sleeve, then it is definitely better to buy a larger one. And in fact, 42 liters is not a large volume, it cannot be compared with a stationary large oven. A friend of mine bought Delongy for 14 liters, and complains that the baked goods in it are dry. And in a large oven there is no such thing. I am not saying that it is necessary to take exactly the Redber, there are Rollsens of 30-35 liters, they are more compact, but they have a temperature of 100. You just need to decide on the priorities for using the stove and start dancing from here. At one time I refused the switched off convection, because I wanted the temperature from 0 (I put the dough for bread in the oven), and the distance between the heating elements is large, so that the chicken-duck would climb in and nothing would stick to the upper heating element. I chose with the help of the girls here on the site. I'm happy.
tata-nata
I need it for pies and Easter cakes, well, so that the pizza and a round cake mold fit. I have a grill in an ordinary gas stove. The chicken is perfectly baked on a skewer, and the pies are baked in it. The bottom burns out, but the top is not baked. And it only works at maximum heat.
I don't consider delongues because of the price.
And besides rollons and redbers, what else to see?
And the owners of ves sk-a20 can tell you the inner size?
Vilapo
tata-nata, we have such a good topic https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=8945.1620look into it. Many girls, including myself, saved their gas ovens thanks to the stone (clinker tile). Now everything is fine, nothing burns :)
Element
tata-nata, on page 59 there is a report of the happy owner of ves sk-a20. Look, read. It seems to me that Easter cakes will be there in the grinding (but this is my personal, unsupported opinion)
Natalishka
Element, Hmm, it looks like you won't understand until you try it :) And I'm already looking for molds for Easter cakes. I think now I will bake them without any problems.
Element
Natalishka, I also look after molds for cakes, and I also want ceramic pots. I bought it here in the Lenta for 1.5 liters, I don't really like the quality, but the porridge from there is delicious.
Natalishka
Element, I have Soviet pots, something gathering dust. And write the recipe for porridge?
Element
Natalishka, buckwheat porridge, everything - as in a saucepan for gas, only - in a pot and under the lid - and in the oven. It takes longer to cook than on gas, but it is definitely tastier, my husband rated it at 10 on a 5-point scale))))
Natalishka
And what is the temperature? And at least approximately in time?
Ummka
Hello everyone)) In the summer we bought a room in a hostel and now the issue of saving space has risen sharply. We decided to buy a table stove with burners. So far we stopped at Brand 3601. Googled, it seems that everything is there: and the control of all shadows is separate and grill and convection. But somehow I did not find reviews on it ((I would like to know the cons. Can anyone use or are using this now?
Element
Natalishka, first set the temperature to 120 - for 10 minutes, then - 180. Total time - 50-55 minutes. This is for a one and a half liter pot.
Raven
Girls, why do you need to turn off convection?
Element
Raven, convection is a fan, and it makes noise, but personally it doesn't bother me much. And when I put the dough in the oven for proofing, then I put the "bottom" mode without convection, otherwise at low temperatures only a draft is walking inside there))))
Raven
That is, if the dough does not need to be allowed to stand in the oven, can you ignore the absence of such a shutdown? Or what else can it interfere with?
Element
Raven, the girls said that with convection, baking turns out to be drier, but personally I did not notice - everything is very tender.
tata-nata
Element, I read all of Temka "from cover to coca" and 59 pages many times. But the hostess there describes only the external dimensions and not words about turning off convection.
Rina
My suspicion is that convection during baking just helps - it dries out the crust, due to this, the inside of the baking remains sufficiently moist. But during proofing, convection is very harmful (I had to spray the buns with water, but this until I figure out the thermostat - I have very different data on the handle and the real temperature in the oven).
Element
tata-nata, I don't have such a stove, so I can't say anything. But you can write a private message to the hostess and ask all your questions))))
tata-nata
Vilapo, thanks for the link, I read everything. Very interesting, but ... My gas supply in the oven is not regulated at all, it works only in one swing mode. You need to call a good master. The "so-so" master from the gas office had already tried to repair it, but it didn't work out. I only took money for the call. I don't want to pay someone else just like that. Yes, and before the breakdown, it baked badly, all the same, the bottom burned. I put the dish with charlotte in addition to a thick cast-iron pan. And then grilled the top.
Probably all the same it is easier to buy a stove.
tata-nata
Element, already wrote. but she has not been on the forum for a long time. I'm afraid he won't answer
Vita_K
Raven, I bought the STEBA KB28 mini-oven instead of DELONGHI EO 3850 (I left it to my mom), so I can compare these two models. DELONGHI EO 3850 is an outdated model, without convection, and the design is morally outdated ... But it is good at work - it heats up quickly (after all, 2000 W) it is made soundly. For 3 years of work, the only breakdown was a cracked plastic timer handle. Issue price 1 €, but had to wait 2 months-ordered from Italy through the service center. Well, the white enamel of the outer coating turned yellow - it does not affect the functionality, but it does not caress the eye. The temperature is 60-230 degrees, but there is a suspicion that the real temperature in the chamber is higher than that which you set with the thermostat knob. I did not have enough convection for uniform heating at high temperatures (when baking puff pastry and eclairs, it burned in places where heating elements are located - I had to twist the pan). Therefore, I wanted to change to a newer model with double glass and convection DELONGHI EO 3275, although in comparison with analogues from other manufacturers, the price is 2-3 times higher.
As I said, DELONGHI EO3275 is currently not on sale in Ukraine, so I had to look for an alternative. I chose between the manufacturers DEX and STEBA. Why exactly they? I am personally familiar with DEX products (I donated 4 DEX60 multicooker to friends and relatives - everyone is delighted, I gave the DEX blender to my mother and friend, they use it, they are happy. affordable). But the mini dex oven for 28 liters (at that time there was no larger volume in the burning) did not like the shape of the chamber - it is wide at the bottom and tapers upwards, and on the back wall there is a ledge for a round shape.
Steba is a brand new and not very popular in Ukraine, but, impressed by the enthusiastic reviews of our members of the forum from Russia about the Steba multicooker and the declared characteristics of the Steba kb28 oven I chose (double glass, convection, metal case, etc.), I decided to take a chance and order it (I don't like to buy a "pig in a poke", but I could not see it and touch it, because they offer Shteba only in online stores).
I will write about my impressions of use later, since I have to leave for a couple of hours.
Raven
Thank you, I will wait for the continuation. I need an oven mainly for baking such as pies, cookies, well, maybe some other baked goods, but not Easter cakes, for Easter cakes there are MV and HP. Perhaps baked pork-type meat will work. There is a gas stove with a large Hephaestus oven, but the gas is bottled, and the kitchen is not isolated, so I don't use it.
