Very tasty, the filling turned out - just super! I put in 2 times more raisins (I just mixed them up), but the result was pleasing. I made a pie in the afternoon, and by the evening it was already eaten! and waited for a repeat the next day.
I, however, have a question: what is the dough in this pie? Since my oven is gas, and leaves much to be desired, the top of the cake I got like a shortcrust pastry, the braided top broke and crunched when cut. The bottom was normal, not hard. Maybe I had overdried the pie, so my top was crispy. But this did not affect the speed of eating.
