Ingredients

Semolina 2 multi-cups
Butter 50-60 g
Salt, pepper, spices
(like a broth mixture)
taste
Water (almost boiling water)
(i.e. porridge is cooked in a 1: 3 ratio)
6 multi-cups

Cooking method

  • Pour dry semolina into a multi pan and turn on the "Baking" mode with an open valve for 20 minutes. It is advisable to stir the cereals after 10 minutes. During this time, the groats are dried and give off excess moisture. Ideally, it should be browned and golden brown.
  • After the "Baking" mode is turned off, we add slabs in the heating mode. oil, and mix quickly. The porridge looks like loose. Add spices and mix.
  • Then it is very important to do everything quickly! The water boils and we pour it with one hand, and with the other we immediately stir the porridge so that there are no lumps. Six multi-cups I have 3 regular cups (for very hot water so).
  • Even if there are lumps, it's okay, break them with a spatula from a multi.
  • We close the lid, insert the valve, and put it on the "Buckwheat" mode (I chose this, you can pick up another one) for 10 minutes (I followed it by the clock). The porridge is ready! To your health!

The dish is designed for

3 servings

Note

A new (or well-forgotten) option for decoy lovers! I always made such porridge in a cauldron, as a side dish. In the cartoon, it turned out not so rosy, but no less tasty!

Since I am a beginner with a slow cooker, there may be some useful comments and additions to this recipe. I will gladly accept! Of course, such porridge is much prettier when it is rosy, so you can fry it on dry separately in a cauldron, and then in a cartoon.

Here it is - porridge garnish for meat! Decorated with corn grains, for there was no green tea in the house
Now children sit and eat with pleasure. But they don't eat milk semolina from me

Serve very tasty with stew and gravy.

In some Ayurvedic book I saw a similar treatment with semolina. Only there is a sweet version with raisins, dried fruits and milk. It turned out so delicious. Only hisses and splashes when you pour milk. Unfortunately, I don't remember the subtleties.

Dakota, right! This version of fried semolina can be made sweet, with fruits.

Today I did it not in a cartoon, but just in a saucepan with a thick bottom and a Teflon coating (you can in a cauldron). I fried it better than in the cartoon, so it is golden and more beautiful

Taki hisses very much when you pour boiling water, be careful!
And this semolina tastes different than the milk one to which we are accustomed

it is easier to cook than on gas, since it usually shoots very much during cooking, and so 10 minutes and everything is ready, does not shoot, crumbly and tasty
