But I am satisfied with the work, the kneading is not loud, but high quality. Baked plain white bread, size M, medium crust. Although I measured the flour on the scales, during the kneading process I had to add a lot of extra flour. I do not attach a photo of the cut, I need a bread knife))) the total weight of the bread is 700 g. The taste is also ok.
A question for connoisseurs: why at first the top of the bread was even and smooth, in the photo in the form. And then he "shriveled", on the plate you can see I hope ...
