Girls, for almost 2 years I have been the owner of multi Philips 3039. I cook in it every day, I like everything. There is a small minus. It began to burn on the "fry". But I still don't know at what temperature each program works. Who knows, tell me pliz.

Girls, can you tell me if it is possible to cook milk porridge in DEX DMS-50, if so, in what proportions of cereal: milk and what mode? And how easy is it to cook porridge without milk, I want wheat milk or just without milk on what mode?
Lala
Our cartoon cooks milk porridge very well in the stewing-simmering mode. You can cook on stewing, if you need hot porridge in the morning, set the languor (more than 4 hours) for 5-6 hours and in the morning the porridge is cooked like from the oven. Each cereal has its own dosage, usually 3-4 glasses of water or milk for 1 multi-glass.

I confirm! This is the only way I cook milk for the morning - on Slowing for 5-6 hours. The main thing is not to deliver less than 5 hours, otherwise it can run away, since then there will be not languor, but quenching. From 5 o'clock - and in the morning a wonderful porridge, with a slightly tired taste, is ready. Moreover, any problematic (foamy) cereal does not foam anywhere and does not run because it does not boil.
This suits me even more than if I had a separate program for this and I cook for the morning on a postponement. You turn it on immediately for the languor, you don't have to worry that the milk will turn sour until morning, etc., especially in summer, in our case the porridge languishes like in the oven all night and is ready for the morning. It's also delicious! Everyone chooses the proportions to their liking.

And I cook on heating - 10 minutes and heating for 30 minutes. Proportions of 1 cereal - 3 water - 2 milk - 1 tbsp. l. sugar with a delayed start. Then the rice is not very boiled.

With a silicone brush, I run the rim in the middle of the pan with sunflower oil, just in case. But the lid is never stained, but I am calm.

Girls, I started having problems with the DEX-50, the cartoon turns on every other time. I'm going to buy a new one, I need your advice. What is better to take:
1. Philips PHILIPS HD 3039. Plus - a complete copy of the DEX-50, you don't have to retrain, get used to new modes.
2. PHILIPS HD 3036. I like that there is a manual mode, you can set the desired temperature.
3. Something else.

Good day. Can you please tell me on what mode to cook homemade condensed milk? I don't understand, I put it on stewing, but it boils very much, but you need a slow boil.

I did not cook condensed milk, but if it boils a lot on "Stewing", do "Simmering" (Simmering goes after Stewing on the same button, but you need to set 5-6 hours or more for more time. hour.)

How do you cook barley? Which mode is better, how much time and proportions of cereals / water.
I read that the hinged steam basket can be placed so that it does not run away. Is it so?
