I don't bake often. But I'm very happy with the stove. She bakes great. On prescription Borodino bread "The same" it is advised to bake bread and leave it on the heating for 1 hour to bake better. I take out the bread right away as it bakes beautifully.

I often knead dough for pies.

The stove is already a year and 2 months old, in fact, almost 2 sacks of flour passed through it. I bake in different ways from every day to 2 days later, as it turns out. Everything is normal, but the scapula is clearly loose and a backlash is noticeable. So far, this does not affect the batch, but still.

Hello, friends! I have been using this stove for about half a year now, tried a lot from the recipe book, but mostly simple recipes. Today I tried to bake a cake before Easter. I made a knead of 750 grams, the dough rose so much that even a little flowed out of the mold, and when the cake began to bake, the top fell through and when removing the cake fell apart, since it actually did not have a middle, only walls. Tell me, dear experts, what is my mistake ???

Or maybe you, if of course it's not difficult for you, can you tell me which recipe is suitable for my stove? Thank you.

I always got cake according to the standard recipe. For french bread, I add +50 grams of water (350 grams total)

The recipe is standard from the book, it turns out a wonderful cake. Try to change your flour, I also suffered at one time.

I use MacFa, there were no problems with other recipes. What flour do you recommend?

Just another manufacturer's bread flour, tower or first grade. The result depends on the quality of the flour. I tried many recipes from the book and from this forum: from one batch of flour it rises badly, then the top falls, and from another batch of the same manufacturer everything is fine according to one and the same recipe for her husband. So you have to experiment. And here on the forum there is a master class about dough, it is very useful to read.

I'm using flour now White-tender Starooskolskaya... I like her. White package, and the inscriptions and drawings are blue. Unfortunately I can't show the photo, I just deleted it recently.

I tried this cornbread recipe in our oven: 🔗... What can I say, it turned out very tasty. The recipe was translated into grams, it turned out like this:

Corn flour: 150 gr.
Wheat flour: 350 gr.
Corn oil: 2 tbsp. l. - 25 gr.
Sugar: 3 tbsp. l. - 42 gr.
Salt: 1 tsp - 6 gr.
Milk + juice from canned corn: 300 ml.
Canned corn: 200 gr. (no liquid)
Yeast: 10 gr. pressed - I used 4 gr. dry yeast

Preheat the milk.
Program 1, weight 1 kg. Add corn after the beep.

Cornelius, in what order should you lay? And it's not entirely clear about milk + juice, 150 each?

There is very little juice in a can of corn.I first poured all the juice from the can into a measuring glass, then topped up with milk to the required volume. Place as usual: Milk + juice, butter, salt, sugar, flour (in any order) and yeast.

I have been using the stove since 2009, and I am happy with everything in it, and the lid where the window has not melted

Please tell me, but at the beginning of use there was no smell from your stove?

And about the inner coating of your HP, nothing special has been written - just "non-stick"?

Well, a year of using the Tefal stove has passed.
Results: they haven't eaten store-bought bread and rolls for a year.
We bake bread according to our own recipe, a roll from a book (milk bread)
The other day, a rectangular bucket went out of order, the service center said that the new one is only on order, wait 3-4 weeks, it costs 1200.

I bought Tefal OW4002 yesterday. I tried to bake Dairy bread from the attached recipe book - 260 ml milk, 50 g butter, 6 g salt, 3 g yeast, 35 g sugar, 400 g flour. I measured all the ingredients on an electronic scale, accurate to the gram. The result was something terrible! Very salty bread! I didn't rise, the height turned out to be only 11-12 cm. I had to throw it away, I didn't even feed the pigeons, because they would drink. Tell me what's wrong? Should you trust this recipe book? I read somewhere that this book has very unverified recipes and it is better not to trust them. So insulting, the first bread in this oven, and now this dirty trick turned out. : girl_mad: Before that there was HP Panasonic, I did it according to recipes from her book, everything was fine, moreover, at that time I did not have any scales, I measured it in glasses ...

Quite strange .... maybe you put salt instead of sugar by mistake ??

milk 255 ml
sl. butter 45 g (not salted)
6 g salt (1 teaspoon)
35 g sugar (2.5 tablespoons)
wheat flour 390 g.
dry yeast 3 g (1 teaspoon)

every week I bake it, just put a little less sugar, it's very tasty, but it goes up to the whole bucket! Try again and you will succeed!

I want such a bread maker, but for some reason it is not where it is. Maybe someone knows where you can get it.
Mouse Mom
I suspect that it is no longer on sale, I bought mine for a very long time, about 4 years I have it, or even more. But the bread maker is wonderful, for so many years there are no complaints about it)

Hello everyone. The bucket of my Mystery bread machine broke. There is no one to do, ordering a new one is practically useless and it will cost the same as my new stove.I went to Avito and second-hand stoves and found this stove. Yuzana, but not so much. Who else has them? Are they all right? Or still look for something newer, nevertheless time does not have a very good effect on the technique. Share your opinion, please.
dopleta
Olya, my Mystery is all right. And I know for sure that buckets from some of my other stoves are suitable for her, but now, unfortunately, I cannot tell you from which ones, unfortunately, I have several of them, and I myself am not at home and will not be back soon. I know that Tanyusha also has it (the one that used to be "with tsyfirki").

Larissa, I'm glad your stove is fine. My bucket flew. Rather, the stirrer disappeared, I found another, and it is several times larger and heavier than my own. And I vomited the place where the mixer from the bucket was attached. I understand what can be done, but there is nobody. And I understand that this happened because of the stirrer, it was hard to twist and hold it, such a weight is not provided. I don’t want to order a new bucket because of this. Consider no stirrer anyway. Therefore, it is easier to buy a new bread maker. I just think, take a chance and buy this used Tefal or still a new Mystery. Mystery is twice as expensive. At the same time, it is still not an expensive stove, compared to the rest.

Girls, tell me good recipes for kefir cake for this bread machine, I will be very grateful
and in general, is it possible to "adjust" the usual recipes for muffins like that for a bread machine, what should be considered, except for weight?
Vesper
thanks for the answer, but it is on kefir that there are only one or 2 recipes, which is why, in fact, I am asking
Admin

Well, go to the topic and ask how to bake such a cupcake. The principle is the same for all x / stoves - nothing new.
And follow the recipes, read, ask the authors questions
