Brown corn bread with oat flakes, fermented hop culture with whey.

Ingredients

Hop starter culture No. 1 130 g
Wheat flour 300 g
Corn flour 60 g
Flakes "Hercules" 6 tbsp. l.
Seedless fresh chili peppers 5 rings, mm thick
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Oil 2 tbsp. l.
The serum is warm 200 ml

Cooking method

  • HP - 255 Panasonic.
  • I put everything in the bread maker in the order shown.
  • I switched on the "pizza" program, after the end of the program I waited for about an hour, then switched on the "pizza" program again.
  • After finishing, I put it in a mold, previously coated with vegetable (olive) oil and sprinkled with bran and put it in the microwave for proofing until morning (the proofing time was 7 hours).
  • Baked with steam at 230 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
