Tuna and croutons salad

Ingredients

canned tuna 300 g
loaf 200 g
eggs 3
carrot 150 g
onion 100 g
salt
mayonnaise
vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Cut the loaf into cubes.
  • Fry the loaf in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  • Cut the onion into strips.
  • If you are using bitter onions, pour boiling water over it and leave for 10 minutes.
  • Then drain the water, rinse the onion in cold water.
  • Grate carrots (raw) on a fine grater.
  • Grate eggs on a coarse grater.
  • Drain the oil from the fish, mash it with a fork.
  • Mix croutons, onions, eggs, carrots, fish, salt to taste.
  • Season with mayonnaise.

To prepare this salad, I take not only tuna, almost any canned fish in oil.
