Ingredients

Yeast 2 tsp
Wheat flour 400 g
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Sunflower oil 1 tbsp. l.
Serum 260 ml
Fried champignons 3 large
Fried onions 2 to 4 regular heaped tablespoons

Cooking method

  • Fry 3 large mushrooms with 2 small onions and, after the signal, add to the KhP together with the oil in which they were fried. And add flour to a beautiful bun. Bread weight 750 g

Note

The bread turned out to be just a fairy tale: it rose to the edges of the bucket, the crumb is airy, large-pored, the smell is awesome, but the taste !!!!
Was eaten in 2 days. Be sure to try it - you will not regret it, it is very difficult to tear yourself away from it.

I do not know, as the author of the recipe, but I am 1 tbsp. l. added to the dough when kneading, and then by eye, on a signal, added 4-5 tablespoons of mushrooms fried with onions, oil naturally fell, and as indicated in the recipe I added about 1 tbsp. l. flour to a beautiful kolobok

For 400 grams of flour - 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil is normal!
Part can be put into the dough, fry the onion on part of the oil!

Just watch the kolobok!
