Stewed chicken stomachs

Ingredients

Chicken stomachs 1 kg
Large onion 1 PC.
Rast. oil 2 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce 1-2 tbsp. l.
Zira 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Parsley, dried dill (or fresh)
Freshly ground mix of 4 peppers
(white, black, red, green)
Salt

Cooking method

  • Clean chicken stomachs from the inner yellow film (if suddenly the manufacturer is sphilonil), rinse well, cut into 2-3 pieces each.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, put stomachs there and cover with a lid. Peel and finely chop the onion, add to the stomachs, salt, mix well, simmer under a lid over medium heat for 40 minutes.
  • Add soy sauce and all the remaining seasonings (if the herbs are fresh, it is better to add them 5 minutes before cooking), add salt, if necessary. Simmer, covered, for another 40 minutes.

Note

A simple dish for lunch on a weekday. This is not the first time I cook, but yesterday it turned out especially delicious (due to the combination of seasonings), so I decided to share it with you.

Thank you for reminding me about them, I haven't cooked for a long time. So I'll do it in a pressure cooker next week and sign off here.

Maybe you're right. I will do it in SV - I will try to make the photo more appetizing. While an awkward shot doesn't make this recipe any less delicious
