Ingredients

Dough:
Flour 12 Art. l. with a slide
Granulated sugar 1 stkn
Butter (margarine) 150 g
Cottage cheese 500 g
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet (8 g)
Soda 1 tsp
Egg 2 pcs
Egg yolk 1 PC
Candied fruits, raisins, nuts, orange peel
or lemon - all to taste
1 stkn
Glaze:
Egg white 1 PC
Sugar 0.5 stcn

Cooking method

  • Mix cottage cheese, yolks 2 + 1, which remains from the egg that is used to prepare the glaze, vanilla, melted margarine, soda, then add flour.
  • Beat whites with sugar separately and add them to the dough. The consistency of the dough is like thick sour cream.
  • Finally, add candied fruits and nuts (I left a glass of the mixture).
  • Place the dough in a greased dish.
  • Bake over medium heat for 30-45 minutes. We check the readiness with a match.
  • Spread the finished cake with white icing.
  • Beat 1 protein with a mixer with 0.5 tbsp of sugar, until stable peaks. If the spread is thin, add sugar while whipping.
  • We decorate the cupcake with nuts.

Time for preparing:

I cooked it in 1 hour.

Note

My comments: Very easy to prepare and beautiful enough to serve to guests. The dough is soft.

and the most delicious turned out to be these-
I poked the muffins with a toothpick, poured each one with 1 teaspoon of regular coffee, which I did not finish (brewed), smeared it with store-bought curd mass, sprinkled with cocoa and slightly melted chocolate. That's great!!!
