I noticed it late - you can't do it with dry yeast according to this recipe, but I already mixed it to leave it until morning. Yeast die? Maybe put it in the refrigerator until morning?

I baked a cake yesterday! I took 2/3 of the prescription. The dough stood for about 7 hours, because it did it in the morning. Knead and baked in a bread maker on the main mode. Ooooh worried, because the dough did not stand for so long, and I threw in a lot of raisins and candied fruits, and the dough rose a little, and for some reason I chose the main mode, and not the muffin. But! The smell was awesome! The cake has risen to the edge of the bucket! Delicious and beautiful turned out. Today I am baking another one, but without orange peel and on baking mode.

I can't put the dough at 12 o'clock. I made it yesterday at 3 pm and put it in the refrigerator, my husband will put it in a warm place at 5 am. I'll come home from work, I'll sleep a bit and start mixing. Do you think it will be normal after the refrigerator? Something from 3 days to 12 the next day I was scared to leave her warm.

Anya, I figured out by trial and error that if a bookmark in a cotton bucket is equal to or more than 1000 g, then the baking time must be set to 1 hour 10 minutes. Then the cake is baked, but does not burn.
