  • Pour 100 ml into a bucket of a bread machine. not cold milk (if the milk is from the refrigerator - warm it up a little), add 70 gr. sugar and drive in one egg (you can have two, if very small). Add about 70 gr. butter. I recommend getting the oil out of the refrigerator in advance, so that it melts a little to facilitate mixing. Now pour 300 gr into the bucket. preferably sifted flour. Do not pour any more, maybe as a result of experiments it has been scientifically proven that even 350 gr. flour gives the dough the strength to open the lid and run away ... :-) Well, add 6 grams to the top. dry yeast.
  • We will knead and bake on mode 15 - Homemade bread (Home made).
  • Setting the baking modes (manually):
  • Kneading 1 (Knead 1) - 14 min.
  • Rise 1 (Rise 1) - 25 min.
  • Kneading 2 (Knead 2) - 20 minutes.
  • Rise 2 (Rise 2) - 25 min.
  • Ascent 3 (Rise 3) - 45 min.
  • Baking (Bake) - 60 min.
  • Heating (Keep warm) - up to 60 min. I do not.
  • Crust color (I choose medium - Medium).
  • 5 minutes before the end of the second batch, a signal will sound: you can add raisins or candied fruits if you wish. If added, it is very desirable to gently "help" the formed kolobok to absorb the additive with a spatula. Well, that seems to be all.
