Ingredients

Wheat flour 450 g
Water 180 ml
Salt 0.5 tsp
Rast. oil 1 tbsp. l.
Eggs 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Kneading the dough with knives in the bowl of the combine, super! it is thick, does not go under the knife, it turned out very good, plastic, very thin it can be rolled. and knead quickly!
  • kneaded like this: put all the dry ones (flour and salt) into the bowl with a knife, then pour in the liquid ones (oil, egg and water). turn it on at low speed until it gathers into a ball. do not knead much. leave for 20 minutes, and then turn on again for 20-30 seconds.
  • the dough was made according to a recipe from Panasonic, only I replaced 15 ml of water with 1 tbsp. l. deodorized corn oil. kneaded in a combine with knives. super, very fast and the dough is great! that's it
