I also have a stirrer sticking to Borodino bread, after cooling down, I carefully take it out. And for white bread, the stirrer remains inside with a piece of bread, but I thought that this was the way it should be. By the way, I always pour the oil first directly onto the mixer, but that doesn't help. I tried to take out the mixer after the last kneading, the bread turned out with a small hole, but ... Maybe it's a coincidence, but when I started making the next loaf (after 15 minutes), the mixer did not rotate, it jammed. I was in a panic, my Mulechka is not even a year old! It's good that my husband was at home and advised to turn the bucket over and pour boiling water into the glass below. When the water cooled down, it was drained and wiped with a cloth. The stirrer is working! (Ugh, ugh, ugh) So I decided, it is better to leave a piece of bread on the mixer than such problems.

I have a Kenwood-210. In the main program, the stirrer was often left in the loaf. On the baking program - in a bucket. Apparently there are different temperature conditions, on the main program the crust is thicker.
Recently, right after baking, I do not shake out the bread, but cover the vedeko with a towel and let it stand for 5 minutes. The crust becomes softer and the agitator remains in the bucket in 2 out of 3 cases and in the main program. But large pieces of bread rarely stick to the mixer.
Rem
Pieces of bread on the scapula are when Teflon with a large area of the scapula tears. And yet it is a "disease" of certain models. And other models have their own "diseases". We'll have to get used to it ... Maybe when that quality will be at the level?

And I think that the problem is not in the quality or coating of the mixer, but in their greater backlash on the shaft.
Perhaps in those stoves where the mixer is tightly put on the shaft, the mixer warms up well, accordingly, melting (crust) around it and it drops out immediately.
But you can't say that with Muli, they dangle awfully, there is no contact with the shaft, with the bucket too. So there is underbaking near the mixer.
This is just my opinion ..
Bread drops out in LG --- agitators remain on the shaft

Yeah, probably it is. Sore spot at Mulek, attachment of stirrers, etc.
sazalexter
Makhno Panasonic has a very large backlash of the mixer on the shaft, this is done on purpose so that the dough gets into the gap, baked there and the blade remains on the shaft and not in the bread! That's why (and not only) the bread mixer is an exception and not a rule!

Good afternoon everyone! I haven't visited this Temka for a long time. I think that the stirrer was not spinning, not because it was jammed, but because the oven did not have time to cool down. While you were pouring boiling water over the glass, while the water was cooling down, the stove "rested" and ... began to work.
At first I was also worried that there was an ugly hole in the bread, I even spent 90 hryvnia to buy a new mixer. Bottom line: the stirrer remains in the bread !!! Now I'm trying to get it out after the last workout. And it's not about the oven (it bakes perfectly, the dough for pies and dumplings is kneading excellent), but the disgusting coating of the mixer. Someone wrote that he has Hitachi for 5 years and there are no such problems. One can only envy in kindness. By the way, I have never seen Hitachi on sale ... But I love my Mulechka
Good luck to all !

Brothers! Carefully remove the agitators with a hook attached to the model (whoever has one!) It mercilessly rips off the cover from the agitators, if it is pushed all the way into the hole when removing it and hooks the edge of the agitator with it. I adapted, I do not insert it completely, I put the hook obliquely and pull.
Kuryanochka
I figured it out for myself (for Moulinex 500230), the agitators can be removed when the timer shows the time (the beginning of the last rise):

1... Simple bread-1h 30m
2... French roll1h 29m.
3... Wholegrain-1h 37m
4.. Sweet bread-1h 45m.
8... Omega-3 -1h 40m

Maybe someone will come in handy too. At this time, you can sprinkle and grease.

If the stirrer gets stuck (which is extremely rare), I take it out with a stick for eating sushi
Kuryanochka
Forgive me my ignorance, what is there. is there any catch? You just can't pull them out with a stick, they sit tight.
sazalexter
Kuryanochka Insert the stick into the hole and, like a lever, knock out the blade towards the opposite blade (sorry for the clumsy explanation)
Kuryanochka
The same thing that I wrote above about the hook. The wand will break, possibly.

Good day!
Please advise, after baking, I can't even shake bread out of a bucket.
Mulka OW 5024
Yesterday I broke a hot roll
I picked it out in parts.

What am I doing wrong? Why are the agitators not removable?
Alim
Jeansss Try to take the bread out of the bucket not immediately after baking, but let it stand for 15-20 minutes in the bucket. (remove the bucket from the oven). This technique helps me. And from the bucket and from the mixers, the bread lags behind better.
yuliya_k
Try prying a little with a wooden spatula (for frying in a Teflon pan). When I am not at home and my family bakes bread, they also often break
Kuryanochka
Before loading the ingredients into the bucket, grease the pins on which the stirrers sit with lard. The bread will fall out along with the mixers. Not sunflower!

Good afternoon everyone! Guys, you need to make a hook from a sushi stick (like a knitting one). Perfectly removes the stirrer and does not peel off the coating. Good luck to all

zhmenka79 I support, but you can not do it
Just a stick is taken out with a bang

Hello everyone, colleagues! With past you
I have a completely fresh model 6002, baked 6 times in 3 days. Statistics: Basically, the agitators stay in the bucket, which is not too good. Only once was left in the bread, but I remember that in this case we tried to shake it out with the whole world, it was very difficult even with the bread cooled down. I will experiment with greasing the pins and buckets.
Kuryanochka, why can't you lubricate with sunflower oil?
Tinatin79
Happy holidays everyone! I smeared the blades with sunflower oil ... It does not help. My bread maker is already in its third year. I am exploiting her, darling, to the fullest. At first, I was also worried about the sticking of the scapula, I even bought another one, I thought that the first one was defective. By the way, it is not cheap (90 hryvnia), in rubles - X by 4.
The result is ZERO. Now I'm calm. If I am in the mood, or if I am not baking my own (to my mother, friend, colleagues), then I take out the spatula after the last stirring. I have the main program - on the screen 1.43. Just open the lid and take out the spatula with your wet hand, gently straighten the dough and ... wait. As a result - a delicate hole in the bottom of the bread.
Now I have adapted to taste the stuck bread for salt and sugar. It has not cooled down yet, and I already know whether it is successful or not (I often try new recipes).
So, DO NOT MOVE, as they say here in Ukraine. Good luck everyone
