Eggplant casserole (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Eggplant 5-6 small or 3 large
Bulb onions 1 PC
Tomatoes 2-3 pcs.
Garlic head
Mayonnaise + sour cream (whoever likes it) 3 st. l.
Cheese 50-70 g
what spices do you like, you can just salt, pepper, dill (better cilantro), a little walnuts, who like them can be more, it is advisable to chop them

Cooking method

  • Pour vegetable oil on the bottom of the Cuckoo's saucepan, literally just grease.
  • Then a layer, such a good one - eggplants + a little nut
  • Then a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream + chopped garlic
  • A layer of tomatoes, onions, garlic on them
  • Again a layer of eggplants, a little onion.
  • Lubricate everything with sour cream-mayonnaise mixture and sprinkle generously with cheese on top.
  • Bake on mode oven, first level, 25 minutes
  • Eggplant casserole (Cuckoo 1054)

I like the fried ones more, these are more stewed, but I love them the same, especially when they are soaked with tomato juice and garlic.

Egyptian stuffed eggplant

eggplant - two pieces.
grated cheese - three tablespoons
garlic - 3 cloves
salad leaves
parsley
dill
ground black pepper
salt to taste
tomatoes - four pieces.
lamb - 300 grams of minced meat

Method of preparation of the recipe Egyptian Stuffed Eggplant

Well, I would make such eggplants on the Oven Level 1, for at least 25-30 minutes. You can try it on Multipovar, no more than 12 minutes at 110-115. But the option will definitely be closer to stew-baked.

Yes, this is a great recipe! Only I, usually, eggplants, peeling off the skin (they taste so much softer) and cutting (according to my mood - in circles, tongues, or generally in cubes) min. for 5-10 I put it in the oven or fry it for a couple of minutes in a pan (which is more convenient at the moment, because we cook this dish at home for a family dinner and outdoors on a fire and for a festive lunch ...) and then I lay it in layers (or in one layer) - well-poached eggplants, tomatoes, herbs and dressing: (one thing or a mixture in any proportion) kefir and / or sour cream and / or mayonnaise + garlic + cheese. And all this beauty or bake in the oven or put out in a frying pan under the lid or in a slow cooker. Well, that is, I just wanted to say that it is better to first bring the eggplants to softness, and then cook them further with sauce. It seems to be so tastier.
