A la Lasagna

Ingredients

Waffles (not sweet) 2 sheets
Minced meat (already beaten and ready with onion, salt, pepper) 300-400 g
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp. l.
Tomato sauce 3-4 liters.
Cheese 7-d
Eggs 1 PC
Sour cream 1st l.
Milk or cream 50 ml

Cooking method

  • 1. At the bottom of the saucepan, lay out a cut out in diameter ... well, at least about a circle of waffles.
  • 2. Lubricate the waffle with tomato sauce.
  • 3. Put the minced meat on the sauce in an even layer.
  • 4. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
  • 5. Place another layer of waffle.
  • 6. Again tomato sauce, minced meat and everything in the same sequence.
  • 7. Thus, we get three layers of waffles, two layers of minced meat.
  • 8. The topmost layer is the waffle.
  • 8. Fill the top layer with a mixture of 1 egg + 1 tbsp. l. sour cream + 1 tbsp. l maonnaise + 0.5 tsp adjika + 50 ml milk or cream. We beat everything up and fill our structure.
  • 9. We make punctures with a knife, so that the filling would saturate everything better, cover everything with cheese on top.
  • 10. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  • 11. Select the Oven mode "1 level, 25-30 minutes

What I cooked ... I don't know myself, full of ad-libbing according to the principle ... like lasagna, it's not, of course, heaven and earth, but since I came up with it, it has the right to life.
Mine said delicious. It turned out to be a tender dough with minced meat, and on top like a spicy omelet with cheese.

Thanks, great recipe. Fast and delicious.
With your permission, I made a few adjustments:
- three layers of meat and 4 layers of cakes, put parsley in the middle one, salt and pepper the minced meat. Smeared with tomato paste. Broke two eggs on top and sprinkle with cheese. I did not make punctures. Probably, in your version, the top layer was tastier, but this is also not bad and there is less hassle.
From observations for myself - it is better not to coat each layer with mayonnaise, but to limit ourselves to one smear and add less cheese, otherwise it turns out very fatty.
Made in a multicooker 1055F with the same parameters. Ground beef. It turned out what we need.
