Ingredients

Wheat flour 300 g
Whole grain flour 120 g
Semolina
(looking at the kolobok)
3 tbsp. l.
Milk 250 ml
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Rast. oil 2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.
Yogurt Activia 125 g
Sesame 3 tbsp. l.
Hard cheese
(on a coarse grater, in a bucket)
110 g

Cooking method

  • Throwing all this into the bread maker and controlling the kneading process only at the very beginning, I rushed off to the parent meeting at school. Arriving home, I found the proofing process at the very end. The dough occupied 2/3 of the bucket of HP, and the smell was on the whole house.
  • This is what I got in the end (in the finished form, the size of the bread turned out to be exactly the size of the HP bucket)

Note

A terrible thing happened today - there was no flour in the store, and at home its strategic stock came to an end (my husband did not fulfill his marital duty - he forgot to buy it yesterday). I made a decision to bake bread from what was in the house.
Honestly, we hardly waited until the bread cools down.

To tell the truth, I didn’t even know that when I came home I would find such beauty, because yogurt was thrown into HP when I already had one foot in the doorway (I didn’t intend to add it at first, but the bun was sooo cool).
