Rice with onions, eggs and ham in a Panasonic multicooker

Ingredients

Green onions 5-6 feathers
Boiled rice, or leftover 1 multi.
Ham 5-6 slices
A raw egg 2 pcs
Sl. oil for frying
Carrot 1/2 large
or 1 small
Soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Turn on the "Baking" mode for 40 minutes and start:
  • At the bottom of the cartoon we put sl. oil, fry the onion, then add the carrots grated on a coarse grater (we do not close the lid now or later). After 5 minutes add raw eggs and mix. After the eggs have set, add the boiled rice and the ham, cut into small cubes. After 10 minutes add the soy sauce and fry for another 5 minutes.

Note

If you have some boiled rice left over from the side dish, great. If not, boil it.
Part of the recipe was borrowed from Chinese cuisine, part from Syrian, the rest I thought of myself .. It turned out to be such a delicious, hearty multinational dish

Great recipe. I repeated it in a ratio of 3: 1 - it was enough for 2 days in excess.
ONLY THE HAM IN THIS RECIPE IS EXTRAORDINARY. Different proteins should not be mixed.
