I'll have to try - I often cook breasts. Your recipe is a good option for a dish made from them.
VishenkaSV
I have never cooked this dish. Although I heard and read on the sites .... And what does it taste like? What can you compare with? I'm interested because I have very picky eaters
Ilona
Oh ... what does it look like ??? Well, it tastes tenderly chicken. My junior doesn't eat chicken in any way. The fight is simple. Then I got very sick. Now we need to recuperate. The chicken was always suitable for these purposes. So I made chicken dumpling soup and chicken terrine. I ate the soup and left the dumplings with the words: "Ugh! Chicken! You know that it makes me sick!"
Terrin didn’t seem to recognize it. put it in my mouth, and then again: "Ugh ... it's chicken again!" But nevertheless I ate half! HURRAH!!! Victory!!! Not washing, so skating, as they say!

satisfying and at the same time dietary !!!

Thanks ... let's try

Ilonna, super-recipe) And what do you think, if you take it from minced veal? It's just that we are now in Croatia (hello to you from Voditsa), and here is good veal mince (I only have a cartoon with me, I don't have a meat grinder)
Although I have a small blender, you can scroll a chicken on it (although I'm afraid I'll have to do this until the evening)
So I'm waiting for your advice))))))))
Ilona
Irish! Hello to Croatia !!! Happy for you!!! You have been ordered to rest according to the scheme, as the Gopher did exercises for Homa! What would have got into our account!
And about minced meat, of course you can! I made sausages with stuffing from minced meat, covered the grill with foil, put the sausages there, cover with foil and go!
You can also put this filling not in minced meat, but in beaten meat slices, I also tried this, you get mini rolls. You put the edge on the bottom, so that they would not unwind (fried onions, prunes, walnuts, or you can just fry the carrots and onions and rub the cheese - also a tasty filling, you can stew it a little with a tomato, and then add cheese. You can also without cheese - fantasize!)
Once again, fiery greetings to the distant and so beloved by your stories, Croatia and the owner of the house! Kisses and I look forward to your reports on the rest. Hope the weather doesn't let you down!
VishenkaSV, try it, you won't regret it!

Ilonna! Thank you for your ideas !!! We will try
I report: we have a rest, as it should be, for everyone (and also for that guy)
Friendly hosts are waiting for you))))))

Milda, good health! I'm glad I enjoyed it!
Lydia
A-a-a! And where was I before, lazy? Here already 3 months SUCH recipe is available! And my daughter fucks me (excuse my vocabulary) every weekend: "Ma-am, well, look at your forum, HOW else you can cook chicken!" I'll do it next Saturday. ilonnna, thanks a lot for the recipe!
Ilona
Lydia, good health to you and your daughter!
Staya
ilonnna, thanks a lot for the recipe! I, being naive, thought that the terrine would also remain in the morning for sandwiches, but they ate everything cleaned up))))))
Ilona
) Well, then you need to cook more!
Lydia
I made terrine. A little undersalted in a hurry and instead of foil that had been lost somewhere, I used a sleeve for baking. It turned out very tasty! And the smell during cooking was so-so! But the main thing (besides goodies, of course) is not labor-intensive if there is a meat grinder, mixer and multicooker in the house. ilonnna, this is for you!
Taia
For a long time I want such a recipe, I overlooked it somehow before. I drag it to bookmarks. I will buy groceries, cook and then report back. I like the baking sleeve idea more, I use it.

I am glad that the recipe has taken root in your menu! Really easy and tasty. You can make both a dietary option and for gourmets by varying herbs!
Kate_Lus, I will wait for you with terrine!

Flaksia, what a delicious report you have though!

Delicious - tasty, it's a pity the monitor does not transmit the smell and the steam is not visible, it was still hot.

recipe bookmarks. For a child - just super. I cooked for my allergenic girl with goat milk and goat cheese. I was already full, otherwise I just pulled my hands for a new piece.

I understand that this miracle can also be cooked in a double boiler? Everything is there for a delicious breakfast ..... (except multi)
