Ingredients

Puff yeast dough 500 g
Green onions 1 large bundle
Salt
Egg 4 things.
Pepper

Cooking method

  • Defrost the dough and place in a round shape to rise. Let the edges hang down. At this time, prepare the filling: rinse the onion, dry it, chop finely and simmer in vegetable oil, drive 4 eggs into the same place and mix quickly, salt, pepper and remove from heat. The filling must be liquid. Cool and pour over the dough. Wrap the edges over the filling. Bake in a preheated oven at first for 5 minutes at t-220, and then at t-180 for about 20 minutes. You can garnish with tomatoes before baking, like me.

Puff pastry is always a lifesaver. I always have 3-5 pieces in my freezer.
