Ingredients

Kefir 125 ml
Dough, i.e. warm water 15 ml (1 tbsp. L.)
+ dry yeast 4 g (1 h. L.)
Melted butter (I took margarine) 20 g (20 ml or 2/3 tablespoons)
Rast. oil 10 g (10 ml or 1/3 tablespoon)
Egg 1pc. (Mine was not a big gram of commercials for 50-60)
Wheat flour 300 g (2 h)
more precisely flour 290g + potato starch 5g + cinnamon 5g
Sugar 45 g (3 tbsp. L.)
Coarse salt 3.5g (1/2 tsp)

Cooking method

  • My cup is 220ml, I made one cup, but at the same time I calculated the grams in my cup (I don't have scales).
  • 1. First, I put liquid ingredients in the bucket, then solid ingredients on top. As for the hard ones: I put somewhere 2/3 of the prescribed amount of flour, that is, 200 g, I threw about (1/2 tablespoon of potato starch and cinnamon per eye), then in all this loose I made depressions for sugar and salt.
  • 2. SDOBA mode (in my HP) 2:50. The crust is medium. Start.
  • 3. During the first and second kneading, I watched the kolob and poured the rest of the flour (100g), and maybe even a little more, in general, the kolob turned out to be the right one, I know this for sure, I learned to make it with my hands for a long time.

Hello, I smoothly joined your ranks, today I baked my first GOOD BULK (not simple bread, but baked pastry) and everything worked out for me. While I was waiting for my HP from the store, which is almost a month, I read everything on this site. And when they brought me my HP, I chose a recipe, counted and reduced the amount of ingredients, took into account the ratio of flour and other ingredients, in general, I measured it seven times and cut it off once and "the rocket took off."
And that's all, and then my Rose (I called my HP, because she is Rolsen) coped with everything herself.
The only thing that confused me was that I don't know when baking starts in my HP, and for this I never sprinkled sesame seeds on the loaf.
From 300g of flour, I made a 480g loaf (that is, it rose very well, I didn't even expect it), the dough baked evenly, the crumb is soft elastic and just melts in the mouth, the sides are ruddy and not hard (not hard, such as it is necessary), the roof did not burst or collapse and was very well browned (I was afraid that, like many, it would be light).
In short, when I baked it, cooled it down, I ate 300g of this roll myself in a sitting, now I will have to unload myself.

Thank you very much. Baking in Delta DL-8007B bread maker. I didn't bother with the dough, I just put the dry yeast on top. On a signal, I added a little raisins. Mode - 600 gr., Dark crust. The rest of the recipe did not change. The result is excellent. The first impeccable recipe that my wife loves. The weight of the finished product is 580 grams.
