Cooking method

  • 1. Mix flour, semolina, milk powder and cocoa powder
  • 2. Brew cocoa with milk - you can only use milk or with the addition of water (I have 50/50 plus 1 tsp. Instant cocoa per 100 ml)
  • 3. I have small eggs - 44 g (without shell). If your egg is large, reduce the amount of liquid by 10 ml
  • 4. Place all ingredients in the bowl of the bread maker as instructed. At Panasonic, first yeast, then dry, then liquids.
  • 5. Switch on program 04 "Diet" (in Panasonic 2500) or other suitable for pastries. The main thing is to have enough time to get up. Baking time in a bread maker 50-55 minutes
  • 6. Cool on a wire rack
  • 7. This bread has a pleasant creamy aroma and a soft unobtrusive taste of milk chocolate. It is moderately sweet and can be used as a base for a sandwich or eaten with milk or coffee.
