Another Panas clone.
The Viconte multicooker is a compact device with enormous possibilities.
She knows how to cook, stew, steam and reheat
The automated cooking process ensures that you get healthy and tasty food without requiring constant attention and time consuming.
One push of a button is enough.
The multicooker has 6 automatic programs, when selected, the calculation of the required cooking time, temperature control and, in general, the entire cooking process from start to finish is taken over by the microprocessor.
The convenience of these programs lies in the fact that the “cook” only needs to put the food in the multicooker and add the required amount of water.
Power 700 W
Casserole with a volume of 4.5 liters
LCD display
Touch control
Container for collecting condensate drops
Steam release valve, special patented valve design ensures food does not "escape"
Heat insulated housing
Internal carbon coating for improved drinking water properties
Accessories: steamer container, rice spoon, soup spoon, measuring cup
A book with recipes as a gift
Functional features of the multicooker:
- Availability of 5 automatic programs (Buckwheat, Pilaf, Steaming, Stewing, Milk porridge / Soup,), when choosing which, the cook only needs to put the food in the pan. The desired cooking mode and cooking time will be selected by the program.
- The multicooker combines all the technologies for cooking products: cooking, stewing, steaming.
- Cooking time adjustment. The presence of a delay timer up to 24 hours, which will allow you to get the finished dish at the right time.
- Heating mode, which turns on automatically at the end of cooking, and allows you to keep it hot for the next 12 hours.
- The non-stick coating of the pan allows you to reduce the time for the maintenance of the multicooker to a minimum. Two or three minutes are enough for washing with dishwashing solution and the multicooker will be completely clean.
- Microprocessor control of cooking. The cooking process is controlled by an intelligent microprocessor thanks to the technology of controlling the temperature inside the device and the volume of evaporated liquid.

But what about baked goods? I'm nowhere without her!

you can even bake in a rice cooker with one button
Neddheg
Are there already happy owners?

I saw it live, liked it, but how does it work?
Yummy
and yet, girls. Panas has a baking mode directly. but here, it turns out, no ... how can you bake cupcakes in it then? or a chicken?

There are 6 programs in my rice cooker, with the name * baking * no .. but the instructions contain recipes for every taste .. including baked goods on the * rice * program, baked wonderfully. * Rice * is what the Russians call * buckwheat *. I don't see any problems with chickens or pies
Vivian
Good day, everyone. Today I became the happy owner of the Viconte VC-600 multicooker. And it was like this - I called a friend today, well, we talked about cartoons, said that we have 2 more pieces of 2500r each in the Joint purchase. left, well, I bullet there, took the last There is no limit to Joy, brought it home, printed it out, washed the saucepan and accessories, threw onions / carrots / cabbage / potatoes / bell peppers / tomatoes into it and put it on stewing for 2 hours

From the comments - an aluminum saucepan, in Supra it was sooo so serious, one holder for a spoon / spatula, I would like 2.

Multicooker Viconte VC-600

It turned out very tasty And the most important thing is that I allocated time for myself while the cartoon was preparing dinner
IRR
Vivian, Congratulations . Let your assistant serve you faithfully. You already keep us informed on the programs, we are also curious, we are also b-o-big lovers on the keyboard to knock on the keyboard while the saucepan gurgles

another moment - if you remove the lid fastening closer to the body, where the drip tray is attached, then you can see whether the lid of your saucepan is unfastened.

IRR, thank you very much I will write here what I cooked and how it happened) I wrote in another Temka that I was going to take Panasonic, but this cartoon bribed with the design and price)

The husband has already looked - the cover can be removed by first unscrewing the bolt. There is no other way.
Please tell me what kind of bolt you need to unscrew and why remove the cover? I am also in the process of buying this multicooker, because everything is very interesting to me! I'm also waiting for news from you
IRR
Yummy,! I hoped that the lid in this multicooker is removable, as in our inexpensive multicooker rice cookers. It is convenient to wash the lid - in this situation. And not just wipe with a cloth, as in Panasonic. Now I'll look for a picture of my rice cooker. I used it for six months, washed the lid, turning it upside down, into the sink. Then the muschinka appeared in our topic and showed as snapshot cover
So that's what muschinki are for

Yummy, and everyone who has this device, hear syudy! Here from the topic of the rice cooker I dragged my post with photos of attaching the lid to the body.

Look carefully, on the first photo and on the last one, do you see such a colorless plastic tongue? - here it squeezes and the lid unfastens. In general, a drip tray is put on it (middle photo). This I mean, maybe you live and don't know if you are so happy

Vivian, I beg your pardon, the current has come. You bought this and then handed it over to Supra, because there were no pastries. But in the Viscount, too, there are no programs * baked goods *, as such. And what were you guided by, can I find out? Or am I confusing something?

No, you are not confusing anything. There is no baking mode here, but there is "stewing" and "milk porridge", and these modes are also very important to me. When buying, I was guided by design and price. To be honest, Viconte is, in my opinion, a Chinese company, and Supra is Japanese. But everyone who bought this slow cooker in our joint venture is sooo happy, no one has any complaints.I am a Libra by the zodiac sign and therefore I constantly doubt
Rina
Vivian, and you could not give the technical characteristics of your multicooker HERE?

I'm somewhat confused. I went now to the Viscount website (I gave the address at the very beginning of the Vivian topic)
This is what I found there
A book with recipes as a gift

Highlighted in bold and underlined in the quote by me. 6 programs! (including BAKERY!) But there are only 5 programs in the photo, there is no Baking. And, as we know, Vivian there is no such regime. But the information from the official site!

I agree with you)) especially since people manage to somehow bake without this function ... (as they say)

Vivian, and you could not give the technical characteristics of your multicooker HERE?

All characteristics are written in the first message of the topic.I can only add information on the programs:

1. "Buckwheat" Cooking time 30-45 min.
2. "Pilaf" Cooking time 45-50 min.
3. "Steam cooking" Cooking time 20-50 min.
4. "Stewing" Cooking time 2-3 hours.
5. "Milk porridge / soup" Cooking time 1-2 hours.

Girls, there is definitely no "Baking" function in Vinkont) I tell you this so that after the purchase there would be no disappointments

I personally buy because of cereals, stewing and a double boiler. Well, also cook meat for jellied meat))) as cakes-muffins were baked in the oven, so we will! and for bread we have a bread maker Of course, if it is possible to adapt a charlotte for some function, such as "buckwheat", it will be cool And so - we will not be particularly upset)). I am very interested - is it possible to cook a chicken there without stewing? ...

There is no typo. But there is secret information!
Baking bread and other things today very much attracts many buyers, and if there is no function, but really want to - then you can indicate on the site! And in fact, you will figure it out yourself, somewhere on the forum

So they write on many devices and seller sites!
Including in KUKU, although in fact it is possible to bake in it at once on two modes Multipovar and Oven. what pleases!

This I wrote to the fact that very often those who sell do not know themselves what they are selling. In no way did I want to "experiment" on someone in terms of unnecessary purchases.
NatusyaD
Hello everyone!
3 days ago I became the owner of the Viconte VC-600 multicooker. On the first evening I set the rice porridge on the timer. Girls, this is fantastic! In the last 20 years, for the first time I woke up not from an alarm clock, but from the smell of milk porridge. Just like when my grandmother was on vacation as a child. Yesterday I cooked pickle according to Linka's recipe (thanks, the pickle turned out very tasty)
By the way, I looked at the prices on different sites and saw the cheapest for 2100, and bought it in Mosmart in 1990.
I want to try now to bake a biscuit on the Buckwheat or Rice mode. Afraid .... But until you try, you won't know.
Vivian
NatusyaD, welcome to the forum and congratulations on the purchase of a wonderful MB Tell us what and how you cook in it And now I will go to cook borscht, after cooking I will definitely take a photo and throw it here)
Yummy
Vivian , I really love borscht! please tell me, do you first need to cook the meat in another dish, and then use it with broth in a slow cooker?
Vivian
Yummy, I threw a piece of chicken into the MV, poured it with water, put it on the "Soup" mode, removed the scale a couple of times when the chicken was more or less ready, threw in the rest of the borscht, and cooked it until all the contents were cooked. I don't even go to the gas stove

it means that you will not be able to completely disconnect from the process - a couple of times for soup you will have to go to the cartoon, open the lid and "joke")))) ....
NatusyaD
Vivian, thanks for the hospitality
I share my impressions: The oven is still better in the oven (especially since I have it gorgeous). The biscuit turned out delicious, but flat and I suspected that the top would not be crispy, so I added a little Nesquique to the dough for color, maybe it gave such a flat effect
And the vegetable stew turned out to be just excellent! Minimum fat, maximum pleasure.
I'll try to make a casserole tomorrow. I don't know yet which function is better to use ...
Girls, and someone can explain to me on what principle the time is counted on the modes Buckwheat and Plov? Each time is different and incomprehensible to me

NatusyaD, I can tell you how these regimes work in Panasonic. Probably, in this multicooker it is conceived similarly.
In the "Buckwheat" mode, the microprocessor "monitors" when all the liquid has evaporated. That is, the program ends when all the liquid has been absorbed into the cereal. The duration will depend on the amount of cereals and liquid poured in.
The "Pilaf" program is similar, but at the end of the program the bottom crust is also fried and dried.

sazalexter, You are right, of course. I use Panasonic, of course I'm very happy. A win-win. But I would also like to buy a cartoon, try some other. A similar one, but possibly with an even larger set of "buttons". And with a more "solid" pan. But I can't pick it up yet. "Cuckoos" are outrageous. I look closely to Brand, like good reviews. And about the rest of the information is extremely little and it is contradictory. So you will have to buy another Panasonic!
Rina
Girls, chatters about the choice of multicooker and rice cookers with us HERE .
We discuss a specific brand / model here

I continue to share my experience: On Monday I cooked pilaf, it turned out great, the rice turned out to be very crumbly) Yesterday I again cooked vegetable stew ... mmm ... vusnatischa! This morning, buckwheat charlotte on mode, almost did not rise, But it was baked. For myself, I concluded that I will now bake in the airfryer Although I will try again to bake something in the MB) mb will work))

maybe you need to add more baking powder? ...
perhaps mv casseroles should work well.
Yummy
Vivian, good day! any news? how will you please us?
Have you tried any recipes that require pre-frying for food?
Vivian
Yummy, good day We are like the Chinese - the last week we got hooked on rice))) Yesterday I cooked pilaf - I pre-fried onions, carrots and meat on the "Steaming" mode, it turned out delicious, only I had to throw in a little more spices)) Rice with vegetables too turned out amazing I also cooked soup "Shchi", too. I will definitely cook something unusual
Vivian
I continue to talk about the wonderful MV Viconte Unfortunately, I did not move on to culinary feats Today, that is, already yesterday, I was preparing a vegetable stew from potatoes / cabbage / bell peppers / onions / carrots / tomatoes, everything turned out well, I just cooked 2 hours on the "Extinguishing" mode. Today I was in Mosmart, there are such MVs from 1990, girls who do not have a cartoon yet - take it, you will not regret it! The bowl there is no worse than that of Panasonic (I felt it in the store), the programs are almost the same) I’m already thinking, should I buy a 2nd Visconte?
Elushkin
Good afternoon! take me into your ranks with the amazing viconte multicooker! I got it in Mosmart on Friday, I was already preparing pilaf and buckwheat in a country style, all this according to the recipes from the recipe book attached to the cartoon.
But yesterday I tried to experiment and cook a chocolate cake in a cartoon, first set it on the "buckwheat" mode, although the book says that in this mode, cooking from 30-45 minutes, it turned off after 15 minutes (you can see I felt that there was no moisture ), but without opening the lid, I put it on the same mode again, squeaked again after 15 minutes, the cake was not baked inside, they decided to put it on the "milk porridge" mode, stood in this mode for about 30 minutes, and I forcibly turned it off, patience already there were more of us, and the next step was cooking dinner in the same slow cooker. In short, my cupcake was never baked. I put it on the mold and put it in the old-fashioned oven, after 20 minutes it was ready. But I'm not going to give up, and I hope that next time I will still be able to cook a cake on some mode. If someone has already succeeded, please write!
