Rice with vegetables

Ingredients

Medium onion 1 PC.
Bell pepper 1 PC.
Small carrot 1 PC.
A tomato 1 PC.
Half zucchini

Cooking method

  • Cut all products into small cubes, chop the tomato with a blender or grate.
  • In a hot skillet for 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil (I took olive oil, but you can do anything) fry the onion until transparent, add carrots and sl. pepper. After 5 minutes - zucchini. After another 3-4 minutes, lightly fry the rice. Pour the tomato and half a glass of water or broth. Bring the rice over low heat until cooked. 5-7 minutes.
