Ingredients

Cooking method

  • If possible, peel off all the meat from the chicken, along with the skin. It does not matter how it is ripped off, that is, it is not at all necessary that the pieces are even, large or small. Stripped and good. Let the bones lie in the fridge in the broth. Salt and pepper the meat, add garlic squeezed through a press, from 3-4 cloves to the head (whoever likes it). AND necessarily 1-2 teaspoons of ground coriander. Together with garlic, it will give a wonderful taste to the roll. And now the shell for the roll: beat 3 eggs with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. And fry an omelet on low heat. Fry under the lid. In general, it is necessary to fry on both sides, but this activity is not for the faint of heart. I get by with one.

  • Lay the foil on the table, if it is narrow, then expand it by placing two pieces of foil with an offset. Place the omelet with the fried side down. And now we spread the chicken meat on the omelet and form such a log. Hands under the foil and wrap as tightly as possible. In order not to dirty the baking sheet, I put the roll in the pan and send it to the oven for 1-1.2 hours. Then I transfer the hot roll to the board, cover with another board and put the load (for example, a saucepan or kettle with water). But so that this pyramid does not fall, I lean against the wall. When the roll cools down, I put it in the refrigerator, without removing the foil, until morning.

  • Don't be discouraged if the omelet doesn't cover the whole roll. Not scary.

  • Believe me, the roll is delicious! No sausage needed.
