- Wheat flour 180 gr.
- Rye flour 120 gr.
- Honey 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt 0.7 tsp
- Apple cider vinegar 1.5 tbsp. l.
- Vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
- Whole coriander 1 tsp.

I also liked the additions to this recipe from Admin (spices + beer instead of part of the water), but I wanted to understand the “pure” taste of bread ... and home people do not really like cumin and coriander, but they will not refuse beer ... but this is for the next batch)).
