Ingredients

Wheat flour 2 1/4 cups
Corn flour 3/4 cup
Water 1 measuring cup
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Butter 2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 2 tsp
Powdered milk 3 tbsp. l.
Canned corn
(no liquid)
0.3 cups

Cooking method

  • Cup 230ml. Basic mode is ok, but I'm using Fast. Bakes well in this setting and rises well.
  • I put the food in the order it says in the recipe, but in general, book the food in the order as indicated in the instructions for your bread maker.
  • I took 2 cups of wheat and added the rest with corn flour and gluten. I used corn oil instead of butter.

Note

The result is an unusual taste. The son just had friends and this eternally hungry brother tried him. In the evening, my bread maker worked on a new bread.

I baked the same bread today (the recipe was in the instructions for my Elechka ... To say that it's delicious is to say nothing !!! I weighed everything for sure, didn't add anything, just a little gluten and whole wheat wheat ... I'll try Look it yellowish, it melts in your mouth, but I thought that cornbread is not so tasty ... I made a similar bread, but the recipe is slightly different - I replaced part of the corn flour with buckwheat, and part of the liquid with juice from that very corn from the jar. Well, instead of milk powder, an egg, and instead of butter - vegetable ...

Oooops ... I feel it turns out like in that joke about Rabinovich, who won the Volga lottery. In general, next time I'll take a picture and try to put my recipe in a separate topic.

I love corn and canned corn too.
Found your recipe. And she took a chance. Super.
It turned out salty and sweet.
the corn was mixed well. remained intact. and are seen in the photo in section.
I bake in supra = it is small for 300g. so in the photo there are mini loaves.
