Tell me. recipe for gray bread, otherwise I just don’t like white))) and there are recipes to cook without yeast?

Baking without yeast, it involves baking bread on baking powder, soda - recipes are here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=252.0 This is a specialty bread category.

Bread on a baking powder (wheat or wheat-rye) is more practical and tastier in the oven, the dough is quickly kneaded and immediately baked (without proofing the dough)

I bake in this supra for 3 months, on weekends, bread in a dough.
For a budget stove (bought for 1250 rubles) - excellent.
I tried to adapt it for other pastries - pies, muffins, charlottes - nothing works.
Baking mode - 30 min. - Well, what can you bake.
Besides bread, can you squeeze something out of it?

Bread Maker Supra BMS-150Here is my first bread, but apparently the first pancake turned out to be lumpy. She took a beautiful crust out of the bucket from the outside, mmm, but he himself was not baked inside, strange why? It seems that I did everything according to the recipe

Please tell me where you can buy a bucket for the Supra 150 bread machine? We have no service. Or a bucket from which bread machine can you replace?

Hello. I am new to this bakery business. I baked white bread according to the recipe for Supra BMC150, added flax seed and bran from myself, everything turned out great, the family liked it. I bought rye, pea, linseed, buckwheat flour - I thought I would add it to wheat in half and the bread would be healthy and tasty. but it was not there. kneaded with rye flour, it turned out to be a delicious crust, and inside an incomprehensible gluten. I read on the forum here that the ratio of water to each flour is different. Of course, you can calculate, but still someone tried to bake bread from such flour, put recipes for this HB model, please
Econatura
I have no recipes
the general scheme is as follows:
a glass (from the stove) of water - a table. spoon of sugar, teaspoon a spoonful of dry yeast, tsp. spoon of salt, table. a spoonful of vegetable oil
flour - 2-3 cups, depending on the flour
wheat - about 3 glasses
whole grain - about 2 cups
I do not immediately dump all the flour - about three quarters of the total volume, then add it when kneading to the desired consistency
CAUTION WITH BUCKWHEAT!
the most "water-consuming" (of those that I have tried - buckwheat flour - I put it no more than a wooden spoon, otherwise it will take all the liquid onto itself
I learn from my mistakes:
the last time I baked from whole grain wheat and rye 50/50 with seeds, added some water when mixing - it turned out badly, did not rise at all and cracked
but this stove, for which I love it, even bakes "bricks" and you can even eat them
OlgaNika
thank you, I will try, if you still experiment, drop it here, I will look through the forum constantly

Good day to all!
We have been using the bread maker for a long time, only until recently we had one large Rolsen RBM-1333 - an excellent inexpensive stove with a dispenser, display, and so on.
Recently we bought a dacha, and now we have begun to prepare for the summer cottage season ... One of the first purchases was the Supra BMS-150 bread maker, because at the dacha there is simply no way without freshly baked bread - we no longer buy a store one, only with rare exceptions !! !
As soon as I brought it home, I immediately started testing it - I baked 3 different types of bread in 3 days.

The first was an egg one - the recipe was taken from the Rolsen RBM-1333 bread maker, only the ingredients were counted. The bread turned out not "lumpy", but also not ideal - a rather dense crumb, I don't really like that, so I will refine the recipe!

The second was French, the recipe was found on this forum:
• Water - 200 ml
• Salt - 1 tsp.
• Butter - 15 g
• Powdered milk - 1 tbsp. l.
• Wheat flour - 280 g (I have 1st grade)
• Pressed yeast - 6 g
(and, if dry fast-acting, then - 0.7 tsp.)
Load everything in order and turn on the Dough mode. After the end of the Dough mode, turn on the Whole Grain mode.
The bread turned out to be good and tasty, only now it was "blown away" - the top of the loaf was turned out like it was - there is no other way to describe it! I think that the "Dough" mode should not be fully used, or should be done differently, as I did in my recipe (read below).

Well, finally, I bring my recipe for real white bread with soft crumb and excellent taste!
1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil - pour directly onto the auger
180 ml of water - before pouring, we heat the water to a temperature of 40 degrees (we always do this!). When we fill in the water, shake the mold so that it mixes well with the sunflower oil!
280 grams of flour (I have the highest grade). After pouring the flour, make 5 indentations in it with your finger - 4 at the edges and 1 in the center for the ingredients.
1 teaspoon of instant dry yeast - pour into the central well.
1 tsp salt, 1 tsp. sugar - fall asleep in the diagonally opposite grooves, add 1 tsp to the remaining 2. dry milk (0.5 tsp each).
We turn on the "Basic" baking mode (3 hours), but read here carefully !!! When the 2nd batch was over, I noticed that the dough at the bun was quite steep (that is, it did not rise to the end), so I turned off the bread maker with the start / stop button, and turned it on again in the "Main" baking mode (that is, In fact, not 2 mixes as according to the program passed, but all 4!). You can see the result in the photo - excellent, very tasty bread with white soft crumb !!!
WARNING: after stopping the program, do not immediately remove the bread from the oven - let it "warm up" for at least another 30 minutes. After taking out the bread - DO NOT CUT IT IMMEDIATELY, but wrap it in a towel and let it cool!

Can you please tell me if it is possible to cook marmalade on this bread maker (BMS 150), since this program is absent in this model?

Can you please tell me if it is possible to make marmalade on this bread maker (BMS 150), since this program is absent in this model?

Well, first of all, probably not marmalade, but jam ... or jam ?! Of course not!!! This is about the same as trying to bake bread in the "dough" mode. The bread maker can only stir and heat, nothing else. Each built-in program (and you cannot change them, just as you can add your own program) sets a certain algorithm according to which the stove works (that is, it interferes and heats up) - the type of mixing, duration, set temperature, etc. Prepare jam in the baking mode, it simply will not succeed in any way, since the algorithm for making jam (program) is very different from the baking or dough cooking modes !!! If you want to buy an inexpensive bread maker with maximum capabilities (including the "jam" mode, there is also a built-in dispenser for automatic additions to bread or muffins, and much more) - look for Rolsen RBM-1333, or its analogue ...
Yulik
Hello to all bakers! thanks for the kind advice and guidance. Thanks to you the first 4 breads turned out great. baked Usual, Darnitsky, Borodinsky and Darnitsky with seeds. What I noticed is that the bun will be ideal for sure if water is added strictly to 3/4 of a measuring cup from HP and exactly 2 full measuring glasses of flour. In other cases (in recipes, water is indicated with 9/10 cups or 210 ml), you have to add flour. MB is the property of my unit. I am very pleased with the purchase of my wife.

Maybe someone wants to bake! I found a cake recipe on one of the sites, but the truth itself has not yet tried to bake! Here is a text from the site: "By the recent Easter, I was baking a cake (I found the best option by typing), maybe it will be useful to someone. The cake turns out to be rich, fluffy, almost like my grandmother's. Here is the recipe:
- Milk mixed with water - 1/2 cup
- Egg yolks - 2 pieces
- Butter - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Margarine - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- White flour - 2 cups
- Sugar - 4 tbsp. spoons
- Dry yeast - 2/3 tsp
- Vanillin, raisins
Basic program. All measuring containers supplied with the bread maker. Pre-melt the butter, margarine, beat the yolks slightly. Add raisins - when it beeps. Beat the remaining protein (1 piece) with sugar until white, add a little flour and citric acid. Make a "hat" for Easter cake.
Or you can simply bake butter bread for tea according to this recipe, without a protein cap. "

Hello everyone! I have the Supra 150 bread maker since February this year. During this time, they never bought bread. I decided to share my "hard-won" recipe for Borodino bread with Zira for this model.
"Borodino bread with cumin"
Peeled rye flour - 2 full glasses (measured from the stove) and you can "with a slide"
Water - 2/3 measuring cup (there is a mark there)
Kvass wort - 1/4 or 1/3 cups (wort)
Vegetable oil 2.5 large tablespoon (measuring spoon from the stove)
salt - 1 teaspoon
sugar 1 teaspoon
honey 1 tablespoon
Apple cider vinegar -1 tablespoon
pressed yeast 4 mm (cut across from a pack the size of processed cheese)
1 tablespoon cumin
put everything at once and turn on the bread maker
Whole grain bread mode
After baking, take out the Bread and put it in a towel for 30 minutes to "rest"
This bread rarely remains with us - it is very tasty, but if this happens nevertheless, then dry crackers are also delicious.
Georgina
Yulik, and not a lot of leavened wort, is it not felt in the finished bread?
Yulik
Georgina, Not perceptible, because a strong shade of taste gives zira. The rest (sweetness and salinity and sourness, etc.) simply complements this taste. Kvass wort gives a pleasant color and "wetness". This amount is just right for me, but each proportion can be chosen for themselves. We like the color of the bread to be straight chocolate. If you add a little, then the color is as if the bread "burned out". Try it yourself and calculate the number yourself. But keep in mind that the less wort the more water d. B. That is, if you add just a couple of tablespoons of wort, then 2 cups of flour need at least 3/4 cup of water.

This baby is able to bake any bread on the main program, as long as it rises at least half a bucket. Only with a ruddy crust, and a slightly ruddy crumb.

Hello. All summer I was sitting on the BAKERY website and realized that I had to take the economy option and train. And here I am in your ranks. Yesterday morning they brought Suprochka-150 and after cleaning and cleaning I decided to try it. I searched the forum on it. And I started at 20 minutes. "baking" is warmed up. It smelled a little of smoke, but everything is fine. And she proceeded to the simplest recipe. Many thanks to Sanych for the recipe !!! Changed a little.
Took:
1. Flour from TESTOV 280g + 20 (25) g
2. Water 180 g (3/4 measuring cup)
3. Oil grows. 1h l. (Altero)
4. Yeast saf-moment 3/4 tsp.
I fell asleep according to the instructions. And she began to look ... Mixing the dough, it stuck a little to the walls of the mold, added it to grow oil. After the first "lifting" and kneading, it began to stick again. I began to slowly pour flour on the bun (those same 20-25g) and the bun stopped sticking. Pleased with the springiness ... ("woman's breast") ...
Made it small on purpose. The top crust was interesting. I was afraid to "run away". Everything rose and baked normally. A bit "not splendid", but on TESTS I have the same structure in the cartoon. During the baking period, I did not open it, and so every 5-10 minutes. opened and looked. Although in the "window" everything was visible !!! Everything is baked !!! Turned off after the signal.
After the signal. I waited another 15 minutes without turning it off. Then she turned it off from the socket and did not open it for 30 minutes. Opened, took out the odds turned over !! Fragrant !!! Cut !! everything is super !! Attaching photo.

after 30 minutes warm up
and baking after 2 hours from the start of the program, bakes one hour
total 3 hours

My supra is a little more powerful, and it also did not work out with this flour, I took it for a sample in 2012, when the Auchan closed and there was a sale.
As a result, after another baking, I had to turn on a full hour, because interrupting the second baking for 30 minutes also did not give a satisfactory result.
sveta777
Thank you. For now, I will postpone this flour for use in a bread maker. I went through the forum. They don't bake with her.
sveta777
Tell me. If you add Panifarin ... Reduce flour or yeast by its weight ?? and who added. I did not find it in recipes for soup ...
A citizen
sveta777,
Panifarin is gluten, i.e. wheat protein.
It increases the "stickiness", keeps the shape.
Usually 2-5% of the flour mass is added, the amount of which can be reduced by this volume.
But do not overdo it, high doses of gluten lead to many intestinal diseases.
sveta777
Thank you. just special. there are many different additives in stores, but there are almost no recipes for them.
A citizen
sveta777,
Try not to overdo it with gluten, if grip is needed, I usually add 1 egg. 200-250 gr. flour, reducing the amount of water by about 30-40 ml / pc, I just take less water and look at the kolobok, adding it as needed.
sveta777
Thank you. just the very first bread turned out to be a fairy tale. A 2 and 3 ...something is wrong !!! then the roof went up ... the forum went through ... then it was not baked inside ... I made it according to the recipe from the forum, there is 1 st. l. sugar + 1 tbsp. l. dry cream instead of 2 tablespoons of sugar ... First, the "dough" mode, then "whole grain". The gingerbread man turned out super! And then HOW rose. I rested on the lid and sagged. it's nothing, just damp inside. It was baked for 5 hours 40 minutes, but ... it was not baked ... I wanted to bake it in the "baking mode ... it doesn't turn on, it squeaks. Probably you need to let it cool from the socket ... but then the bread will cool and not bake too much ???
Now I decided to try it with panifarin ...
Very strange. The first is super, and then there is no way ...
Baked bread on "French flour" for bread makers. I have been friends with her for a long time and in the cartoon it is normal, and in the airfryer ... but in the bread maker - no way ???

The fact that you bought a bread maker is correct. But there are some points that I want to draw your attention to. You should put less any purchased fluffers and other chemicals. It must be done according to recipes without chemicals. Maybe someone knows how bread or pastry is baked with ordinary yeast in a bread maker. I've read about some of the additives in bread and pastries. Tin and quiet horror.
I went to the page where allergy sufferers communicate. Or maybe the cause of disease is in those products. which we buy every day?
Why did I come to the forum of bread makers? I decided to buy a bakery. My husband has constant heartburn. I think maybe homemade bread will help. I walked around the sites. Looked at what was happening. I see an article that seems to advertise a bread machine. But in the first part there is an interesting data on those additives that are added to confectionery and bread. And most importantly, Rostechnadzor permits their use. And there are allergies and cancer diseases and whatever you want. In order not to think that this is an advertisement, read the first part of the article, and do not pay attention to the second. Very interesting data. Here's a link:
🔗
In general, children should be kept away from purchased confectionery. That's what a bread maker is for, so that there is no allergy. Who ever knew about some kind of allergy in the past ?! I think that many allergy sufferers would get rid of allergies if they did not buy bread, but baked it themselves with yeast. And then there is no need to accuse doctors that they are bad. Who lectured them at the medical institute on food additives to bread? And look at Wikipedia there, too, about food additives to bread, all kinds of antioxidants and other chemicals, there is something to read. Bake bread at home in a bread maker and do not get sick.
So what about non-chemical recipes? Is there anything?

No, for bread you only need to take "baker's yeast"
sveta777
So what about non-chemical recipes? Is there anything?

I try. I bake both with "Testov" and with ordinary flour + water + shivers. I search on the forums and adapt it for a souvenir.
It is difficult to understand that "non-chemical" ... in my opinion, "flour + water + tremors" are suitable, there are no tremors. For example, with yogurt or kefir. I do them myself in the cartoon. I haven't baked bread with them yet. Already three years.
I have both an airfryer and a cartoon just to use less fat and purchased. For these purposes, I also bought a bread maker.
Thank you for the article.
