Ingredients

Wheat flour 280 g
Water 120 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 15 g
Butter 40 g
Dry baker's yeast 1 tsp
Egg 1 PC.
Powdered milk 10 g
Instant cappuccino coffee 30 g
Gloss Milk

Cooking method

  • Place the ingredients in the container in the order appropriate for your HP. "Yeast dough" mode. At the end of the setting, remove the dough and shape into round buns. Leave to proof until the buns are doubled in size. If desired, you can cut the buns from above in a criss-cross pattern and brush with milk.

I really liked the dough for these buns, "squeaking", showed huge bubbles when cutting. I love working with such a dough ... The buns turned out to be soft, with the thinnest crust!

In general, I baked the buns now, on mode 15, set it for 50 minutes, baked perfectly, and I was afraid to set mode 6, suddenly it would start to interfere, and I did everything on a special grill !!! And yesterday I climbed here on the site and found a wonderful recipe for White bread. The author is Krosh in my opinion! The site is still difficult to understand, the interface is unfamiliar to me. And also, what do you have for cappuccino coffee 30 gr. There was no one to ask, and I put in simple instant coffee, but 30 grams seemed to me a lot and I put 10 grams. and you know, the buns turned out with a very original taste of rye bread and I eat them, you won't believe what))) with bacon !!! If it's not difficult to explain what kind of coffee and why so much?

Why so categorically? My first HP is also Mulineshka, only the model is different-5002 (in principle, it is not much different from the second, the most noticeable difference is the absence of baguette holders and trays, and of the corresponding programs for baking baguettes and buns). So in my first HP I baked all the breads, pies and muffins from the instructions - not a single complaint! In the current instruction there are many recipes from the instructions for Moulinex-5002, so I will not say for all the recipes (I have not studied everything yet), but for some of them I definitely "give a grudge"!

We knead the dough for 8 buns at once (i.e. 2 servings at once). Next, we divide it in half. We put one half aside and cover it with a towel (so it doesn't get windy), and we work with the second half of the dough: we divide it into 4 equal parts, form round buns, put them on trays and put them in the HP, which is in standby mode all this time ( standby time - 1 hour). Install the stand with buns in the HP and press the button START / PAUSE(the button flashes at this time). As soon as we pressed it, the red light came on and the process of baking buns began. After the first portion of the buns is ready, the HP will beep and will return to standby mode, but not for 1 hour, but for 30 minutes, during this time you need to form and put 4 more buns on trays and do the same with them as with the first batch, i.e. put the rack with buns in the HP and press the flashing button again START / PAUSE... I apologize if I did not quite clearly explain, but somehow it does not work out otherwise ...

P.S. If suddenly, for some reason, you did not have time to prepare the second batch of buns in the allotted 30 minutes and HP has reset the program, do not worry, they can be baked using the Baking Buns program.

I have the same question, my dough came out very liquid, not even liquid, but sticky. couldn't take it out to make rolls. I had to add flour, the result was very dry rolls and not so beautiful.

The dough should not be very thin, my dough according to this recipe turns out to be slightly (!)
