In general, when I found dry crumbs dangling in a bucket, I was frightened by the water in my eyes - to run through the whole apartment and recount what was wrong there, there was no time. ))) It turned out - I guessed it, the bun turned out to be even, smooth, and the dough did not stick to the hands during cutting.

She made the rings by spinning a flat cake pierced in the center on her finger - like a hoop at the waist. ))) Some of the rings swelled during the baking process so that the holes were not left, and some very well preserved the large hole from the donut. They behaved differently when "twisted", there was a feeling that the dough had a "lobe and transverse thread", like a fabric. ))) You pierce some - and they immediately stretch, and you twist and twist others - and they gather again in a small ring.

And yet - I made 10 small bagels, although, as I understand, everyone divides the half rate by five. Baked on a silicone mat - nothing stuck.
