I look forward to hearing about the small Brand multicooker! I need a small multicooker to rest now! Test and show simpler dishes: borsch, soup, goulash, pilaf, buckwheat, chicken, milk porridge. Based on these dishes, we will make the rest.
Hairpin, and which of the multicooker is smaller, a small Panasonic or a small Brand?

Their figures are different. The brand is more oval in projection, but lower.
Conclusion.

Standard - I never checked it (I sprinkle ashes on my head). I even found buckwheat, but I didn't do it yesterday.

Express - I don't see any sense in this mode. As a rule, they put porridge in the morning. So you need to change it.

Pilaf - here the girls have already written. The temperature should be increased for the last 5-10 minutes so that there is no liquid left.

Milk porridge - the oatmeal was the same as in Panasonic. I don't see the difference. I think I'll do it in parallel later. In general everything is good.

Steaming - does not work at all with a time task. It should be like this: set the time that starts counting after boiling. Time - maximum 50 minutes. And now she works in a mode similar to Plov. It is cut down when there is no liquid left. Maybe this is our Pilaf?

Extinguishing -with the task of time does not work at all. It should be like this: we set the time, which starts counting immediately. Time - maximum 8 hours. And now she works automatically. On what basis it turns off, I did not understand. I think, just like Steaming, it turns off when there is no liquid left. It's just that the temperature in the process is lower than that of steaming.

General.

1. The main difference from Panasonic is the coating of the pan. You can cook dishes that can be stirred during frying. Especially when there are bones. In Panasonic, I wouldn't use a spoon to play with baking. Well, this is me again about my pilaf / ugry. There should always be bones. Not only do I not interfere with meat and bones in Panasonic, I also put it, trying to overlay it with meat / onions.

2. Plays from the lack of warming up in the lid. Because of this heating, we lose not only the biscuit, but also puddings, and chocolate on boiling water, and a cloud ...

3. The design wins by the non-vertical menu layout and bright red letters. Plays the menu in small letters. But with the menu ... We seem to read it the first couple of times.

4. Well, I wrote about Steaming and Stewing.

5. What I never understood. In the first four modes, the time is always the same or what? If I made oatmeal for half a multi-cup, then the time was X. And if for 2 multi-cups? Here it is still necessary to check ... Well, I did not have time (the smiley sits in a heap of ash, but continues to sprinkle on his head)

And the most important thing. I got great pleasure from the process itself, for which Vadim smack-smack on both cheeks. In my model, failures don't bother me at all. That the last two don't work ... They work, but in a different way. Did you get the same ugra? It worked out! This means that I need both modes in this form. So I have troubles - only Express mode.

1. In a small multicooker there is no possibility to change the cooking time. All programs are automatic. By pressing the "Set" button, you program the timer (delay) time.
The operating time of the programs is described in the instructions.

If the Extinguishing program is automatic, how long is this program?

And that the stitching time is only 15 minutes? Or is it a minimum grace period, can it be increased or not?

I could not fill more than 15 minutes either on Steam or on Stew.

Hairpin! This is from a series: if you can't understand something in any way, then maybe you still need to read the instructions (that's me about myself).

On page 10 in section 7 of the instructions how to set the stitching time. It seems like your 15 minutes is 15 hours (max stitching time).

And the operating time of the automatic program Extinguishing is 3 hours. (table on page 8)

Like you need less cooking time, just turn off the saucepan earlier.

I quote the instruction:

7. Delayed cooking
7.1. The multicooker has the ability to set a delayed start of cooking.
The "Delay" mode is used if you need ready food for
a certain time. The maximum grace period is 15 hours.
7.2. To set a deferral, you need to follow a few simple steps:
1. Use the "Menu" button to select the operating mode you need. The selected mode
the indicator will light up.
2. Decide how long you need to have cooked food.
Keep in mind that the snooze time will include cooking times.
3. Click the Install button. The display will show the lowest possible
grace time. For all modes - 2 hours, for “Extinguishing” mode - 4 hours.
4. Press "+" or "-" to set the desired delay time
programs; each press increases or decreases the time by one hour. After
reaching the maximum delay time of 15 hours, the indicator will return to
minimum grace period. During setting the delay, the indicator of the
"Start" should be flashing.
5. After selecting the desired delay time, press the "Start" button. Multicooker
will start work, which will be indicated by the "Start" button indicator - it will be on
constantly. The display starts counting down the time in hours. At the end of time
delay (the cooking time is on during the delay), cooking will be
completed and the Heat / Cancel indicator will light up, indicating that the multicooker
switched to the "Heating" mode.
Be sure to press the "Start" button after setting the delay, otherwise
the multicooker will remain in the setting state and will not start its work.

Example: If you go to bed at 23:00 and want to have breakfast ready by 8:00
in the morning (the delay should be 9 hours), then you need to do the following
actions:
1. Turn on the multicooker at 23 o'clock.
2. Select the required operating mode.
3. Press the "Install" button.
4. Press the "+" button until the display shows the number - 9 (required
the number of hours until the total end of cooking).
5. Press the "Start" button.
6. Wish everyone good night and go to bed ☺.
7. Wake up to the unique smell of ready-to-eat breakfast ☺.

Hairpin! Imagine what my husband said about this: "After all, you are women first, and then engineers!" I almost killed you!
It so happens that it is not a bad saucepan at all, now you need to look at it a little differently and test it a little more! I'm already starting to like her!

For example, in the morning you can throw ice cream meat with vegetables into a saucepan, Stew mode, set a delay time (for example, 10 hours) and you can have dinner right after you get home.

And in Panasonic it is impossible (extinguishing is not an automatic machine and does not work with a timer).

the deferral is set in HOURS! the number you see on the LCD is the number of hours (total) before cooking.
example. have chosen any mode, we know that it is 30 minutes (figuratively) we set a delay of 8 hours. total total cooking time and delay 8 hours!

the duration of the extinguishing program (based on the data available to everyone - instructions) is 180 minutes.
I WILL REPEAT. delay time in HOURS

I needed a little gurgle, but there was a decent gurgle. You can't fix anything here. The level of the buns depends on the product. Here something will gurgle strongly, something weak.
Spire, from this place in more detail, like a heating engineer to a teapot. From which products it boils weakly from which ones ... you puzzled me
Hairpin
IRR! I translate like a stool to a stool !!! (I wrote this cleverly, but I understand it in a stool)

When I cook broth in the lowcooker on High, it barely gurgles around the edges after 12 hours. And when in the same Sloughukker on High I carcass ... well, for example, lamb in curry sauce, then after 12 hours it gurgles oooooooooo very vigorously. The device is the same, the program is also ...

Spire! : flowers: And you are on the standard, try a thread, pilaf, we realized that this is not pilaf, but soup. And now, something without water to remain. Loose porridge, like buckwheat.

My little multicooker story is over. And it ended like this:

I danced around the Standard mode, but we don't really eat porridge. And then my sister arrives. Brand was on the table. My sister waved her hands, "Oh, what a honey!" she is ready to make a sacrifice, to take Brand for testing cereals ... For me ... Well, then guess what happened ... My sister. Well, I will retell the events of this week dialogically:

I (on the phone) - Well, have you tried the multicooker?

Sister - Aha !!! The zucchini turned out to be wonderful, color, taste ...

I - Did you make them on Plov?

Sister - No, on the Standard!

I - What for? Why not on Plov?

Sister - I read the instructions and decided that Standard mode would be better ...

I - The standard is unlikely to fit ...

Sister - But the cabbage rolls turned out!

I - What cabbage rolls?

Sister - The ones that I did the day before yesterday ...

I - What cabbage rolls ?! What zucchini ?! You took her to test porridge !!!

Sister - If you shout at me, I WILL NOT TAKE your daughter to your dacha on your Seliger !!! Not only did I drag her to Egypt ...

I (interrupting) - Well, zucchini, so zucchini ... The main thing is that you like it, my beloved sister !!!

That's how it is with the Standard mode ...

My sister is 11 years older than me.

Hairpin! I have a question about little Brand. In Ufa, in addition to Panasonic, I personally saw 3 multicooker in stores - these are Supra, small Brand and Moulinex (I finally saw it today), Brand had the good fortune to twist it a second time today and alert one moment _ despite the fact that it looks pretty - a very pungent smell when opening a saucepan ( in Panasonic, Supra and Moulinex this was not), hence the question - did the model you tested have this unpleasant-plastic smell, if so, how quickly did it disappear (if it disappeared, of course)? And does Big Brand have the same problem? Thank you in advance for your response!
Hairpin
Obhorka (that's how you read your nickname)!

My little Brenda had no scent. All the more harsh ... Well, so that I smell it all, but ... after the educational program Toothbrush I smell everything.

In general, if anything, knock on the PM. And you will wait for me until retirement !!!

Thank you joy! I calmed it down, otherwise I think suddenly I'll order a big brand (corrected), but it's just as smelly and it doesn't work, maybe we have some left party here? So we will wait when there new brandics improved according to the recommendations of our girls come, I here already talk people in Ufa to slowly prepare for the "offensive" of very good super pots tested by members of the forum!

Hello, I'm new here, if there are experts on the forum, can someone tell me. Yesterday we bought a multicooker, after studying the instructions, I realized that everything is being prepared for at least an hour, and the time cannot be changed. and the recipes included in the instructions suggest using a combination of modes per minute (for example, 20 minutes express + 1 hour stewing) how and how to be here ???
Vadim Solynin
As far as I understand your question, you need to manually turn off one mode and turn on the other.
maya125
Good evening, I bought such a cartoon 3 days ago
I cooked everything on automatic modes according to the instructions
tried to cook:
1. rice milk porridge - put with a delay of 9 hours, used milk from a soft bag, naturally in the morning the porridge was ready BUT with curdled milk ... the dogs ate they liked it.
the next time I got up early and put the porridge in the morning. - it was very tasty.
2. stewed the pork heart - completely put 2 hearts, cut the carrots into circles, cut the onions in half rings, added "Tasty salt", the one that added water with garlic and go.
the heart turned out to be soft for the sandwiches! better than any sausage
I poured the broth into a saucepan, added potatoes and the noodles turned out to be a very tasty soup.
3. now I'm making chicken - sunflower oil, put 4 thighs sprinkled with the same salt, chopped carrots, onions, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, turned the program over the standard several times, after squeaking added 2 tablespoons of sour cream. the smell goes mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm mmm
waiting for the results.

Good day!

Became the owner of CF two weeks ago.

They took it without really understanding, choosing so that it was not very expensive, so that in which case it would not be a pity to put it in the far corner

First disappointment - there is no baking program. The trouble is that I feel like a culinary cretin, I wanted to press a button - and that's it. I just don't really like to experiment, it discourages all desires at once.

Second - all programs are on the machine, there is no timer. We solved the problem - bought a timer.

Well, then I thought - the unit is, as it were, a gift, you still need to use it so that you would not be ashamed.

The first experiment in a series of duet recipes: rice, fish and vegetables on top with cheese ... It turned out so edible and tasty that it spurred me to other feats ...

Then there was "almost French turkey", borscht according to my own recipe, and something else, I don't even remember what

It remains to experiment with baking, and, I hope, there will be no limit to my happiness
maya125
girls, I'm certainly not special, but I really like the result !!!
the lack of a timer does not even bother me, because I cook on those programs that are on the machine for me.
I use almost daily chicken in its own juice with the addition of sour cream is especially good.
Solyanka also pleases Kawardak, fried dumplings are good - not as dry as in a pan.
I cook on the principle of put-on-forget. I don't really follow recipes, everything is by eye,
I have not tried baking and even without it there is a lot of technology in which I bake and a bread machine and an airfryer and an oven.
andreyka
And no one will tell me what dimensions and weight this device has.

height 20 length 37 width 27

weight 2300 (without a saucepan (it contains borscht in the refrigerator)

Asteria
Yesterday I received a package with multicooker and immediately cooked it in a small soup.
Hurrah! She doesn't smell like anything

But I can immediately point out a couple of shortcomings.
1. I had to cook the soup for two hours. There is no program for 2 hours. The cooking time cannot be changed. At first I wanted to put on the "extinguishing" program, then to interrupt it, but it seemed to me that for extinguishing 120 degrees, as stated in the instructions, the temperature was too high.
Therefore, I had to run the "Standard" program three times. It is clear that without my participation, a multicooker will not cook such a soup. Therefore, in the delayed mode, you will have to cook either light soups (for 45 minutes, or for a very long time - 3 hours)
With the declared 108 degrees, the "Standard" boiled there quite violently. I can imagine what will happen at 120 at the "Extinguishing"

2. The cover opens very abruptly when the button is pressed, spraying condensation around. Therefore, it must definitely be held.
But the most important thing is that the condensate immediately flows down to the side, which you can't just wipe with a rag. There are intricate grooves around the lid attachment and everything that gets there needs to be picked out and cleaned out, I don't even know how and what. Condensate is immediately poured into these squiggles.

And I have a question. I do not know how accurately the temperature regimes are described in the instructions, but according to the declared regimes, I am afraid to cook milk porridge in the "Milk Porridge" mode at a temperature of 120 degrees. Perhaps it is better to cook on the "Express" or "Standard"? It says 108-110 degrees. Or is it conditional?
Milk porridge and stewing should not be at such high temperatures ...
Elena Br
Good day. Yes, you are right, the temperature is conditional. According to the test results, the temperature in the "Quenching" mode changes in the range of 95-100 °, and in the "Milk porridge" mode - 95-98 °. Based on this information, you can use the "Stew" mode to cook soup.

Asteria
Hurrah! Rice milk porridge turned out. Delicious.

Was a bad experience yesterday. Firstly, I cooked just one plate. Secondly, in an hour delay mode. That is, with a cooking time of 1 hour and a delay of 1 hour, I set the porridge to be ready in 2 hours.

I have a question. Why did the multicooker start cooking after half an hour? Accordingly, she squeaked about readiness after an hour and a half?

The porridge didn't work out. It was possible to eat it. But either the milk managed to curdle in half an hour (it was fresh), or the volume was too small ... Neither the consistency nor the taste suited me. I will never put milk porridge on a delay anymore. If only with frozen milk, as the girls advised me here.

Today I cooked from a glass of rice and four glasses of milk (2 plates). No delay. It turned out great. Nothing escaped and did not burn.
Elena Br
Good day.
The "Milk porridge" mode is automatic. The operating time of the mode is adjusted during cooking, so the set time may not coincide with the real one. It depends on the amount of milk, its temperature, the amount of cereal. The completion of the program earlier or later than the set time directly depends on this.
Why the milk curdled - we cannot explain. For 30 minutes, it would hardly have sour if it was fresh. Milk is a "capricious" product.

larkiza
Hello! Many thanks to everyone, you just helped me out with the choice of multi. Today I bought a little Brand, right away for cooking. Before that, I just read everything I could find ... And immediately a question arose. Girls, tell me, maybe someone has come across this ... I cook stewed potatoes with meat, pressed MENU - STEW - Start, and on the display - the letter "P". And it does not clean up in any way. Is that how it should be?
Vadim Solynin
Good day. Of course, I'm not a girl, but I will answer
The letter "P" stands for the mode of operation, and it should be so.
larkiza
SVP, thanks! I hope you aren’t very offended that I’m going to see you girls ... It was just awful to spoil the first impression of the multi, so a cry from the heart sounded. The dish turned out very well, so that the desire to create did not disappear! But the timid hope for a biscuit does not die. Maybe it will work. Tell me. Thanks again.

Hairpin, forgive generously, but I overlooked your pastries on page 2. Tomorrow I will TRY. And if the bottom is parchment? Maybe it won't fall apart like that? I'll try. How great that you are !!!

I'm looking for a second cartoon, I'm already exhausted. Nobody tried to make baked milk on a small brand? This is the first product in our house (after breakfast, lunch and dinner)
olga02
I bought a multicooker 5 days ago, I was exhausted with the choice specifically and still took a small BRAND, outwardly I really liked it, but I still don't understand the programs, although I have already studied everything for 2 months, this is my first multicooker, a family of 2 people
What did you cook
1. Buckwheat on the STANDARD, it turned out rather dry, liquid and cereal 1 * 2, you need a different ratio
2. Stewed cabbage with zucchini on the STEW, very much stewed
3. In the morning I set the millet porridge to cook in water on the STANDARD, EVERYTHING WORKED, but also a little dry, because for about an hour the porridge was on the heating, because I had planned the wrong time. But it's a miracle in the morning and hot porridge for breakfast
4. For dinner, I made a liver pie, a liver in a bleder, an egg, semolina and also on STANDARD, squeaked, water on top, I turned it over and HEATED 2 times, warmed it up and on the table, VERY DELICIOUS, my husband ate enough and did NOT go to help water garden
5. This morning there was corn porridge on the water also on STANDARD, it turned out EXCELLENT, the calculation was without heating right to the table. And they finished the cottage cheese casserole right now, too, I cooked everything on the STANDARD
Now soup and other modes are next
olga02
I try further
1. I tried to bake a cottage cheese casserole, I love it very much, I read that it was very tasty, I did not succeed: (Somehow everything stratified, I did it on the STANDARD like baking
2. But the stewed pea soup turned out delicious, the peas were boiled in mashed potatoes, the potatoes and carrots were whole, it turned out very well, although for a long time
3.the broth was cooked by the VARKA combination on STEAM, until it collected the foam and then stewing, turned off the truth earlier, I really wanted to sleep, and in the morning the porridge needed to be laid

Good afternoon, Olga.
Congratulations on your purchase, now you have a real assistant in your kitchen.
And thanks for the posted information, it will be useful for novice users of Brand 37300 multicooker.
Good luck with your experiments.
P.S. Next time try to cook buckwheat in the Express mode, proportions 1: 2.
olga02
I continue to experiment
I cooked stewed meat twice, pork for the first time, rolled it into a roll, inside salt, pepper, laurel and cesco and for 3 hours, one spoonful of water, it turned out well, especially when frozen
Second time - beef for STEWING, boiled almost into fibers
All the same, I achieved a cottage cheese casserole, a little more manuya and let it stand on STANDARD, all the same better than on EXPRESS

I cooked wheat porridge on MILK PORSE, it turned out great, even my husband praised it, a proportion of 1 * 3 milk and cereals and a little water, salt

Hello everyone! At first I complained for a long time that I had not thought about the Baking mode when buying a multicooker. And yesterday I decided to bake a charlotte with apples on the Standard. It turned out so wonderfully, in time - tyutel in tutel! perfectly baked, rose, 6 cm thick. The top, of course, is white, but baked! in general, super!

Good day.
This means that the "Standard" program in the Brand 37300 multicooker is suitable for baking. Suddenly!

Here's another wonderful cake baked on the Standard! still an ideal setting for baking. This pie is the fastest, on kefir (1 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp kefir, 3 eggs, 1 tsp baking powder or a little soda, mix everything without beating with a fork, pour into a mold and on top sprinkle with berries (I have raspberries from the freezer)).

The next experiment will be with yeast dough!
Manna
Today I baked buns from yeast dough on the Standard! From a series that are baked sticking together in a frying pan and then unstuck. Everything was baked wonderfully, the top is white, of course, but I didn't turn it over, because it is very tender. Sprinkle with sugar if desired. powder, pour jam or glaze.
Manna
And here's another. Today the multicooker helped me in a completely different area - maybe someone will come in handy. A small child needed to inhale, and since it is impossible to make him sit under a towel with a saucepan, I put the child to steam in the bath, and in the bath area (on the washing machine) I placed a multicooker with herbs boiling on the Express and "Star"! The child breathed, his nose breathed. I myself then "sighed" in the room. It is very convenient in the absence of a steam inhaler. The broth quickly cools in a saucepan, but here it boils evenly, does not burn, you can bend over, do not burn yourself. The whole room is saturated with healing smells, I hope all viruses are destroyed! : doctor: In general, multi-assistance!

As soon as I did not like this abruptly opening lid, it became the reason for the first breakdown of the multi

A couple of weeks ago I made a casserole in my favorite little cartoon. I come the lid is wide open. I think, how so, did I really leave the lid open so inattentively ...
It turned out that the locking button could not stand it. Took it up by the roots. Moreover, I am surprised to manufacturers how it is possible to make such parts that are constantly under pressure to make plastic (I also had a lock on my sandwich maker and fell apart instantly). The device itself will last another half a century, and the case with all the little things is already falling apart.

I found a button in the far corner of the kitchen with a broken-off pin, a spring lying nearby. Now I'm trying to figure out how to close this lid so that I can cook. You can't just cover it up. She has the main position "open"

Why invent something? Isn't it better to contact the SC for a replacement?

Are the plastic parts of the case subject to repair and replacement?
I've already made a wire lock. True, I had to lengthen the tongue with a tin strip for which the loop of the wire lock clings. This very tongue, on my word of honor, keeps ... But a couple of times I already cooked in a self-repaired saucepan
