This time, I scrapped the plum jam-jam-juice. Who knows what to call it ... Every year I get attacked by plums at the end of the season. And I’m such a greedy man ... whatever gets into it. And the last plums are one liquid. They are no longer suitable for freezing. And the jam has already been cooked .... So I cook them in a cartoon with sugar, then filter them from the bones and skins. And I roll up the resulting jam-jam-juice. And of course the remaining banks. More often large. Every year I promise never to do that again, because then I puzzle over what to do with it. And every year a new one ... It is liquid. Therefore, I took only 0.5 liters. Flour and eggs at the rate. Soda 1.5 tablespoons. But the dough turned out to be watery. Added 3 more art. l. cocoa and 3 tbsp. l. starch. Cinnamon and nutmeg. Baked in the cartoon for a long time. Baking mode on one side and the same on the other. But it turned out just a miracle. Chocolate plum, fragrant and delicate biscuit.Fine! Now jam-jam-juice may not be enough. Divided into two cakes and smeared with cream. SUPER!!!! Thank you very much!
