Steamed hedgehogs in a multicooker (Panasonic SR-TMH 18)

Ingredients

Chicken thigh cut off the flesh
(minced chicken-breast-thighs-legs)
1400 g
Round rice
boil rice until half cooked
1 multi.
Egg + spices of your choice
(salt pepper)

Cooking method

  • We mix, sculpt hedgehogs and in STEAM mode for 1/2 hour. Troubled and tasty.
  • From this mixture, we got 21 rather large hedgehogs. The first batch was made just salt pepper, the second was seasoned with chicken seasoning, and the third was mixed with grated smoked sausage cheese 50 grams. All three options turned out to be worthy.
