Cooking method

I am now trying to bake bread according to this recipe. The impression is that too much liquid is indicated. I had to add about 100 ml of additional flour in order to somehow form a bun. And all the same, he does not roll, but smears on the bucket ... I did everything exactly according to the recipe, except for milk (I have not ghee, usual) and cereals (not Nordic, but Large).

Different flakes absorb in different ways, plus at the time the recipe appeared it was cool and dry, but now it is hot and humid, perhaps the flour and flakes are wet and absorb worse.

: o Today I baked bread according to this recipe, in my opinion, there are too many liquids, at first there was just a slurry at the bottom of the bucket, the whole kneading was fought for a bun. By the end of the kneading, a bun turned out, slightly sticky, I added 10 measuring spoons of flour with the top. As a result, the crumb turned out to be slightly uneven, but I really liked the taste of the bread, adjust the water-flour ratio and there will be good bread for every day

I bake sesame bread often. I put 1.5 teaspoons of yeast, 64 g of flakes (at the first baking I weighed 10 measuring tablespoons; Assorted flakes 6 cereals of the "Krupno" company). Everything else is strictly according to the recipe. The gingerbread man turns out to be softer than wheat. A minute before baking, I coat it with kefir and sprinkle with sesame seeds. The bread is excellent!
