-2 times I took 2 measuring cups of flour and shook 2 eggs, poured them in when the flour was kneaded through the grates ... again crumbs, but the eggs were C1, added a little vegetable oil (I remembered the pictures and the words of the Star), to the point that Lyuba Fish in the pictures ...
For some reason, the mass, when the reverse was turned on, was stuck all the time on the 2nd and 3rd turns of the auger, I did not want to climb out ...
It took sooooo much time, the pipe heats up through which the mass leaves, and then the process began, but all this is sooooo long ...

Lyi, I am writing from Delfochka: How to cook fresh pasta:
1. The device is off, the lid is open. Take 2 supplied measuring cups of flour. Top up with 120 - 130 ml. liquids.
2. If desired, select the shape of the pasta matrix and immerse it in hot water for 1 minute.
3. Slide the heated die onto the front of the instrument and secure with the retaining ring.
4. Add 2 tsp. salt to strengthen the dough and improve the taste.
Add enough liquid. For colored dough, this is tomato juice, carrot juice, spinach, celery, etc. For egg dough, a mixture of eggs with water.
Turn the switch to the on position and add liquid mixture through the hole in the lid. Knead the dough for 3 - 5 minutes. Place the switch in the "O" (off) position. After a complete stop, place the switch in the "R" position. The device will start to work.
5. Watch how the finished pasta comes out of its front. Cut the food to the required length with the back of the knife.
6. When most of the dough has been squeezed out, tilt the instrument to let the remaining mixture pass through the extruder as shown. (In the figure, the device seems to bow).

Note: Do not switch to R mode if the pasta dough is too dry.
Properly prepared dough: after stirring for 4 minutes. lumps the size of a pea.
Too dry dough: Mealy texture. Add water or juice a teaspoon at a time with the machine turned on and watch for lumps.
