yeah ... I called the head office where they sell this pasta too, in theory they should be repaired. But they disowned the repair and said that there were no such parts on sale, and I understood that it does not happen. I was advised to hand it back to the seller, but alas, it took me 2 weeks after the purchase. so to throw ...

Somebody tell me yesterday I tried the pro pasta machine. I made vermicelli for the first time, after cooking it swelled up in me, at the beginning I read that vermicelli does not swell, maybe I'm doing it wrong. The dough was made 250 grams of flour and 2 eggs where the mistake.

Girls are pasta. Tell me, honestly, you need to buy such a typewriter or there is more in the corner. I have a manual rolling noodle cutter, somehow it did not take root, I make it by hand, but I love my noodles. On March 29, we will have two electric machines in our store for making pasta, horns, spaghetti:
1) Fairy KM-180
2) VITALEX VL-5370
So I am faced with a choice, call-buy or is it not worth it?
And who used these models, what is positive and what negative can you say about them. If you take, which one?
Scarecrow
chistotel,

Do not take. Because you need either a powerful sensible unit or nafig this venture at all, honestly. More than a noodle cutter. The dough is the same, just a different shape.

What flour? Apparently a mistake in the form of flour. Durum is desirable. Sooo desirable. Products made from ordinary BC flour swell very much.
prubul
chistotel at our Tanyuli almost like VITALEX VL-5370 you ask her. She is aware of this technique.
here is her page https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ion=com_smf&topic=78365.0 and here's the video

Scarecrow, prubul Thank you, though back in March, I bought it and handed it over the next day. I do not advise anyone. Trash not brought to mind. Fortunately, the money was returned. I get along with the noodle cutter and I'm happy.

Machine for making pasta

Or there is still such a device .. what do you say?
Machine for making pasta

Maybe you wrote in the wrong topic?
Girls, urgently needed !!
Pleaseaaa

Pirozhulya, about such cars, unfortunately, I can't say anything. Here, most have Phillips and I have it too Here is a temka https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in....0
Jiri
Pirozhulya, don't take it, g .. stands idle
Pirozhulya
I will love to take it)) just I can’t decide ... I have pasta made from Delia very much in use, I’m already worn out with a noodle cutter, and here there are a lot of nozzles, and flour is not all over the table

These two that in the photo have a different mixing principle ...the second generally makes the dough like a bread maker, and not squeezes out crumbs ...
caprice23
Pirozhulya, and what is the price? Maybe the same proven Phillips will not cost more? At least he has a lot of positive reviews.
On the site of Eldorado 5600.
Over there, Jiri has one of these machines and stands idle. So you can do this and will continue to roll pasta on a noodle cutter
Pirozhulya
Until you try, you won't understand
I'll probably buy a second ...

Pirozhulya, and how did she attract you? For the price I see there is no benefit? Why not Phillips? Just wondering

I looked at everything in tyrnete for a long time))
Interesting opinion of girls ..
I don’t want Phillips, don’t know why

I wonder what girls think
Apparently few people have such machines.
Then tell us how she is in business

I found her on the ebay. 300 euros
Pirozhulya
I will definitely tell you if I buy

Too much flask plastic. Transparent. Doesn't seem to be a reliable car. Extruding noodle dough requires strong materials from the machine and puts stress on the engine. So far I have seen only Philip's smart from household cars.

Phillips I don't want, I don't know why
and what better filipka Camry? Power 150, like a little elephant. The big one has more. The material is plastic. And she's some kind of toy
And the price is biting. If you play around and buy the second / third, then yes. Better to choose yourself.
Pirozhulya
I like that she interferes with the dough like in a bread maker - steep, not crumbs. I watched the video review, so pretty nimble.
Scarecrow
Pirozhulya,

The dough is steeper with crumbs. Much. I mean, there is less water in it. Due to this, the pasta at the exit is "dry" and does not stick together. The dough is more moist in a piece. In this regard, when it is extruded, the finished pasta begins to stick together. Checked many times by me. I have Phillips, Kitchen pasta attachment, and just dough rollers. I have experience. The crumb machine is more powerful because the dough is tighter and more force is required. This is how all units for cafes and restaurants work. It says something. I watched a lot of videos on semi-professional Italian machines.
Pirozhulya
Thanks for the answer !!
Now it is clear, but I think why the Camry has a function to "blow" pasta when they climb out

And this puzzled me. This machine, in fact, has a screw, which is present in professional machines for kneading dumplings. But then the most interesting thing begins - the dumplings dough seems to be rolled out and not extruded, right? Well, as the girls already noted above, visually, everything is made of plastic. This is not very credible.

But, of course, you can play around. I will wait for a response if you dare. I hope I am wrong in my pessimistic predictions.

So on this blowing power is wasted, and not invested in the production itself, in order to push out the dough.

There, the fact is that the dough is sticky and so as not to stick together, they are dried at the exit.

A little bit wrong, there (you can't see it) there is a bunker slightly above with a shovel like a bread machine, and a bun also interferes. Then you need to manually open the damper and the dough falls out a little down where the auger is located, which squeezes out the macaroons, they climb out and at this time blows air over them.

And they climb out only at the bottom of the nozzle, and not forward like a meat grinder.

So this blowing is wasted power, and not invested in the production itself, in order to push out the dough.
There it uses the heat from the motor, as I understand it .. the motor works and its heat is blown through the holes through the macaros

Would you like Phillips? This kneading and the consistency of the dough as on dumplings is somehow alarming.
zvezda
No, a friend has Phillips, I can play with her .. and this is new, yum: nyam: interesting ..
Pirozhulya
The consistency of the dough is how we cut the noodles on noodle cutters.

It is alarming that they will stick together ... so there it dries them with air immediately ...

I personally don’t dry noodles and don’t store them for good, but I cook them right away, the chopped noodles do not stick together, but why should it stick together, eh? Or no ?
