50 ml milk
20 ml rum

Cooking method

  • Mix flour with baking powder, add the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough with a mixer (dough attachments). Gather the dough into a ball with your hands, roll out 12 circles about 10 cm in diameter. Grease the molds, sprinkle with flour and put the dough in them. Put an incomplete tea in each mold. spoon of jam.

  • Cut 12 small stars out of the dough remnants with a cookie cutter. Postpone.

  • For the filling, beat the butter with a mixer, gradually adding sugar and other ingredients.

  • Fill the molds with the filling, put the stars on top, grease them with whipped yolk.

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° (convection 160 °). Bake for about 25 minutes. Let the muffins cool for 15 minutes in the molds.
