Ingredients

Potatoes 4 things
Dried soy meat 30 g
Bulb onions 1 PC
Lean mayonnaise 4 tbsp. l.
Vegan cheese Mozzarella 50 g
Soy sauce 4 tbsp. l.
Ground paprika 1h l.
Any seasonings Taste
Vegetable oil 1 st. l.

Cooking method

Let's prepare the soy meat. In a cup, mix soy sauce, paprika, other spices to taste, pour 200 ml of boiling water. Put the meat in a multicooker bowl, pour the sauce and cook on a multi-cooker for 30 minutes at a temperature of 80 degrees. Can be in a skillet over low heat.
Peel the potatoes and cut into circles. Cut the onion into rings.
French vegan potatoes
Put half the potatoes, prepared meat, and onions in a 3-4 cm high greased pan. Lubricate with mayonnaise. Put the remaining potatoes on top, smear with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
We bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Note

I cooked in Tortilla, 30 minutes, first for 2, then for 3. The bottom was well fried, but not burnt. It smells like meat.
