Cauliflower pudding with egg sauce (+ video)

Ingredients

Cauliflower 1 kg
Semolina 0.5 stack
Egg 4 things
Butter 2 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper taste
for sauce
Butter 150g
Boiled egg 2 pcs
Dill taste

Cooking method

Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences and boil. Grind to the size of small inflorescences.
In a bowl, beat eggs with salt and pepper until light and fluffy. Add melted butter and stir. Add cabbage and semolina and stir.
Put in a greased mold, cover with foil, put it in a larger diameter mold and pour boiling water to the middle of the mold. Place in the oven for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Boil hard-boiled eggs and chop finely. Mix with melted butter.

Shake out the finished pudding on a plate, pour the sauce on top and sprinkle with dill. Serve hot.
