Ingredients

kohlrabi cabbage 1 PC
leek 1 PC
mustard 1-2 tsp
yogurt or sour cream 2-4 st. l
lemon juice 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Kohlrabi, peel and cut into spaghetti on a Spiromat grater.
  • Cut the white part of the leek into rings and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, boil water with a small piece of green leeks.
  • Add the kohlrabi spaghetti, stir and cook for 1.5-2 minutes. Drain the water.
