Ingredients

long grain rice (I have parboiled basmati) 270 g
dill bundle.
butter (ghee) 50 g
salt taste
turmeric 1 tsp
Gazmah
kefir 2 tbsp. l.
yolk 1 PC.
premium wheat flour 90-100 g
salt chips.

Cooking method

Knead the dough from kefir, yolk, salt and flour. The dough should be soft, but not sticky. Cover the dough and leave on the table.

Rinse the rice. Throw in boiling water. Boil in plenty of water and salt. The fire is big. Rice should break. It will take 5-10 minutes to cook the rice.

Chop the dill.

Add dill to a saucepan with rice. Mix. Remove from heat immediately.

Throw in a colander.

Roll out the dough. Mark circles with a glass or a stack. Put 1-2 tbsp at the bottom of the cauldron. l. oils. Place the dough on top.

Put rice on top. Do not crush rice. Sprinkle with turmeric. Make some holes in the rice. Do not knock on the cauldron so that the rice does not thicken.
