Ingredients

dry yeast 6 grams
sparkling water any 175 ml (150)
milk 125 ml (150)
odorless vegetable oil 75 ml
whole grain wheat flour 400 gram
salt 1 teaspoon
sugar 1-2 teaspoons
For filling (calculation for half the dough) sachet
poppy 50 grams
raisins 50 grams
hot milk 50 ml
vanillin 1 sachet
sugar substitute or a little sugar (I didn't add) taste

Cooking method

We make the dough according to this recipe.

I made half of the dough. The second made the bread from the recipe above.
For the filling, grind the poppy seeds, if any, in a coffee grinder.
Add washed raisins. Pour hot milk over everything.
Leave to swell. Then punch with a blender until smooth.
Roll out the dough into a rectangular or square layer, according to the size of the mold, 2-3 mm thick.
Spread the filling evenly on top.

Roll up into a tight roll.
Cut a little before one edge into two parts.

Turn slightly to the sides and intertwine.

Place in a baking dish.

In 30 minutes.
