Pink salmon and three cabbages

Ingredients

Fish (pink salmon) 150-200 gr
Broccoli 50-70 gr
Cauliflower 50-70 gr
Chinese cabbage (thick part of the leaves) 50 g
Natural yoghurt 2 tbsp. l.
Seasoning (favorite) taste
Salt-pepper optional and taste

Cooking method

Boil all the cabbage a little, put it in a mold with the fish. Season with salt, seasoning, add yogurt and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
