I made Erbazzone pie on Thermomix, mine really liked it, I altered the recipe under TM myself, maybe someone already has the right recipe, please share, but for now:
Dough:
200 g of mineral water with gas
60 g butter (pieces)
two pinches of salt
500 g flour .................... .............. All in a bowl 3 min / Spikelet. Gingerbread man - in the refrigerator.
Filling:
750 g - 1500 g spinach and chard (mine is frozen)
200 g water
salt.................... ...................... Sun e in a bowl 9 min / Varoma / Sk. 1 Place in a steam basket and drain.
80 g lard .................... ................ Into the bowl 3 sec / Sp. 8.
2 tbsp. l. olive oil ............ Add in a bowl 5 min / Varoma / Sk. 1. MCH is open.
80 g onions .................... ................ Add into the bowl 5 sec / Sp. 5.
2 cloves of garlic ................. ......... Add 7 min / Varoma / Sk. 1 (until golden brown, then remove the garlic, although it's a pity)
1 bunch of parsley (finely chopped)
salt, pepper to taste .................. 3 min / Varoma / Sk. 1. Put out, cool.
100 g Parmesan (pieces) ......... 5 sec / Sp. 8. Put in the filling.
Roll out half of the dough thinly, put on a baking sheet, top with the filling, cover with the remaining dough, prick with a fork, brush with egg yolk (you can sprinkle with chopped brisket). Bake in a preheated oven.
