French salad dressing
(from the book)
2 egg yolks
40 g French (mild) mustard
pinch of cayenne pepper (I replaced with red)
1/4 tsp salt
pinch of sugar
30 gr white wine vinegar 3% (!)
120 gr vegetable oil
250 grams of cream (I had 33%)


Put the yolks, mustard, pepper, salt, sugar and vinegar into the bowl, close the lid, place the measuring cup.
Without removing the measuring cup, pour the vegetable oil onto the lid of the bowl on scale 4.
Remove the measuring cup and pour the cream on level 3 through the opening and mix for approx. 10 sec / sk 3.

Excellent dressing for salads Salt the salad is no longer necessary!
