Dough:
oat flour 250 g
egg SB 3 pcs.
milk (warm) 600 ml
refined vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
granulated sugar 2 tbsp. l.
salt 1 tsp
Heat:
green onions 100 g
fresh dill 50 g
Pomakusha:
egg 3 pcs.
butter 100 g
salt, ground black pepper, dill taste

Finely chop the green onion and dill before starting the pancakes.

Beat eggs, sugar, salt, add 200 ml of warm milk, mix and add the sifted flour in parts, whisking constantly. The mass should be homogeneous without lumps.

Add the rest of the milk and mix well, at the end add the vegetable oil and mix well again. If thick, then dilute with boiling water to the desired consistency. The dough is ready for baking pancakes.

Pour the dough into a well-heated frying pan and sprinkle with onions, lightly press down with a spatula. Turn the pancake over and fry it on the other side.
