Chicken liver with plums in port

Ingredients

Liver 500 g
Port wine 200 g
Plums large fresh / frozen 5 pieces
Flour 2 tbsp. spoons
Butter 20 g
Powdered sugar 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil
salt
ground black pepper

Cooking method

Remove the seeds from the plums, cut into quarters, put in a saucepan or a small saucepan, add wine, bring to a boil, remove the lid and keep on fire until the port is boiled down by half.
Add powdered sugar to the plums, stir and keep on low heat for 5 minutes
Add butter, stir, remove the pan from the stove.
Wash the liver, wipe with a napkin, salt and pepper, roll each piece in flour.
Fry the prepared liver in vegetable oil for 2-2.5 minutes on each side.
Put the liver in a saucepan with the liver, warm up for a couple of minutes.
The recipe says 5 plums. I had 10 pieces. I put everything down, and did not regret it.
