Fruit, berry and vegetable marshmallow (1)

Ingredients

squash 500 g
cherry syrup 250 ml
strawberry puree 400 ml
banana 2 pcs.
sugar option
cream 33% 120 ml

Cooking method

  • Girls, I experimented with marshmallow for several days. Freezers need to be emptied for a new crop))) And here are the results of my experiments. I like it. Maybe it will come in handy for you.
  • Here marshmallow from zucchini, cherries, strawberries, bananas and decided to add cream. For me, cream turned out to be the very missing magic ingredient that I was so lacking in the pastille! The pastille is tender, the acid is felt less. It does not stick to the knife, it is cut simply with one light press of the knife on the roll. It looks like fruit-creamy sweets, Like soft toffee or something in structure. In short, the first parties simply disappeared at a catastrophic rate. My 1.5-year-old granddaughter ate half a piece from Isidri in the evening)))
  • Now to the description of the process, although you all already know it, of course, but just in case for those who do not know)))
  • I have already cut zucchini in the freezer, put them in a saucepan, added strawberry puree to them (also from the freezer), found cherry syrup there (which the sea was left after the cherry dried), and also added it to the pan. It turned out a volume of 1 liter 350 ml and set it to boil over low heat until softened and to remove excess liquid. Well, probably for 30-40 minutes on low heat they evaporated from me (you also need to take into account that I threw it all in frozen briquettes into the pan). Then she removed the pan from the heat, chopped everything with an immersion blender, added bananas and cream there and blended well again. All! See for yourself about sugar. My cherry syrup was sweet and there was sugar in the strawberry puree. Then I put everything on marshmallow trays in Isidri and put it to dry. She poured 400 ml of puree into each tray. It turned out 3 pallets. Curls easily. Cut exclusively. Of course, I cut and wrapped each piece in plastic wrap. But this is for 2-3 days))) Rather, it is for those whom I will give, so that they know. What do they eat))
  • I recommend giving it a try.

Mila1, Lyudmila!
Appetizing marshmallow turned out! I will definitely try with cream ... it even became interesting!
I took the recipe to the "bins"!
It is necessary to start "tormenting" your freezers, otherwise since last year there are "rubble"!
Masinen
Ludmilawhat a beautiful marshmallow !! And I don't have a dryer, so I just admire))
ang-kay
Lyudochka, Thank you. The experiment with cream is very interesting. Need to remember)
Mila1
Borisyonok, Lenochka, that's what prompted me, I think I'll be able to load it again soon, but I still have nowhere to put it Although the freezer compartment is huge and there are 3 drawers in the refrigerator
Masinen,
Mashenka, why don't you have a dryer? Let's fix it. This is a VERY useful thing. I don't have a summer residence, but I already bought a second one
ang-kay, Angela, it's very nice to get your praise from you
Oktyabrinka
Lyudochka, what a beautiful marshmallow, now it's clear why you don't answer calls - it's all in creativity
Mila1
Oktyabrinka, Tanya, did you call me ?? I have no missed calls
Anatolyevna
Mila1, Lyudochka, what a beautiful candy!
I will watch!

Yes, it's okay, the time will come and get it!
Mila1
Anatolyevna, Tonya, thanks. I used to.when I didn't have dryers. dried simply on trays on the loggia
Merri
Mila1what an interesting solution! I would not have thought of adding cream to the fruit. How much did it dry?
Mila1
Merri, Ira, thanks Sokhla on the medium mode for a long time ... about 18 hours, probably
Helen
Mila1What beauty ... and delicious !!!
Jiri
Luda, I'm leaving! Please sign me the briquettes too!
Albina
Ludmila, How beautiful it is 🔗 to make such a beauty and deliciousness from fruits and vegetables.
Mila1
Helen3097, Jiri, Albina, girls, thank you for your attention to the recipe and kind words And it all started with a general cleaning of the freezers
Merri
Mila1, I need to do the same, a whole box of fruit in the freezer, and, in fact, new ones are coming!

Ira. that's what prompted me to dry new marshmallow But 6 pallets of marshmallow with cream are eaten in 2 days But I still have old stocks (though without cream). Even my daughter eats this marshmallow. although she is indifferent to marshmallow A 1.5-year-old granddaughter eats half a tray from Isidri for the evening
Helen
Mila1, tell me, can the zucchini be fresh, and the rest is ice cream?

Helen, of course, you can mix it as you like. I took what I found in the freezer. In the fall, I made it from fresh zucchini.

how many degrees is it?
Mila1

how many degrees is it?
Lena, dried in Isidri. First, at the highest temperature (in my opinion, 60-65 degrees) 2 hours. And then transferred to an average temperature (this is 50 degrees in my opinion)
Delait
very timely recipe! Thank you for it, I’m just learning Isidri and don’t know from which side you’ll approach her, and the freezers are also loaded !!!!! I will try.
Mila1
Delait, Natasha, good luck !!! This is an entertaining business ... very fascinating The main thing is not to be afraid to fountain and do not strictly follow the recipe Each time you will have a NEW taste
Helen
Mila1, Lud, I laid it out on parchment ... I can't tear it off today ... why, now hawala with paper ...

Mila1, Lyud, I laid it out on parchment ... I can't tear it off today ... why, now hawala with paper ...
Lena I put it on siliconized parchment, it can be removed very well from it But it's okay. Let it lie down a little, the marshmallow will absorb a little moisture from the air and quietly remove it from the paper. Then write how you coped with tearing off the paper
Helen
Mila1, Maybe put it in the freezer ..? Now we need to cut the silicone mats into the dryer, but for the first time I tried the dryer, which I probably bought in winter, Travola ...
Vitalinka
Helen3097, Lena, wet the paper a little from the back side and it will come off easily.

Mila1, wonderful marshmallow! We must try to make it with zucchini, thanks for the recipe!
Helen
Vitalinka, Yes

VitalinkaThank you very much for the tip with the paper. When I was not drying Isidri in Veterka on baking paper, but it is siliconized and everything can be easily removed from it. I used the same leaf 3-4 times And now I dry it on trays.
Helen3097, Helen, beautiful rolls turned out I look at them I took them off without losses And I don't have it anymore ... they ate it ... and in the freezer practically roll a ball ... there's nothing to do

and I still have (I blended with sugar, strawberries and cherries), during the winter no one touched (on diets .. they don't eat sugar ...) now they will eat marshmallow ... I took fresh zucchini ..
Mila1
Helen3097, so did you try it yourself?
And I used the syrup, which was left from the drying of the cherries, into business. I had a lot of it (I piled cherries for my granddaughter last year, and by the way, they ate them all). so I put it in the freezer and put it, and now it's useful. I think he gave some other structure to pastille
Helen

Helen3097, have you tried it yourself?
Pastila? tried ... great ... sugar, I did not add ...
Mila1
How do you like the cream in the marshmallow? Because my husband and I like it with cream. and mother and daughter like no cream more. Son-in-law does not like sweets, and granddaughter eats ANYTHING with pleasure

You know, I have nothing to compare with ... in the fall I made marshmallows from plums, in the oven ... I like it ... and the girls ate it ... that's why I bought a dryer so that I wouldn't drive the oven ...

and I won't tell them that there is also cream, besides sugar ...

That's right
Lichka
Ludmila, how long can such a candy with cream be stored? The usual one lies without a refrigerator for a year and nothing is done with it. And you probably only need to store the creamy one in the refrigerator?

By the way, by adding cream to the fruit puree from the freezer, I slowly cram it into my home, and without sugar !!!
